我孩子今年5岁3个月，男孩。出生于东海岸，一直在东海岸生活到1岁搬到西海岸。2岁
开始出现了一系列的症状，开始突然半夜腹痛，后来便秘超过2个星期，再后来出现便
秘，腹泻，腹胀等各种症状交替发生。
在过去的3年多已经，已经进行了一系列的therapy （speech, OT， ABA等)基本无效。
也尝试了各种diet，GFCF，SCD，FODmap等，基本没解决问题，biocidin,
Saccharomyces boulardii 有一点效果（但有限）。无克罗病家族史。
他最主要的一个症状就是肚子的气非常的多，腹胀。早上起床的时候肚子是非常的小 (
正常的），后来就越来越大，一直大到好像带了一个大气球！！！！
我们进行了很多的测试，在美国正规的儿科儿童医院基本没查出问题。我们查了无数的
资料，也基本没发现什么跟他相似的小孩。现在抱着最后一丝希望上Mit来问一下，希
望能得到一点信息。如果大家都听说过类似案例，或者有肠胃科医生给点意见，又或者
有不错的医生推荐，都非常感谢！
最近我们又看了一个小儿肠胃专科，初步诊断是回肠炎，据说绝大部分的回肠炎都属于

但如果交联密度过高，溶胀也很困难，而且glue本身也是高分子，
diffusion效果不好导致界面渗透不够，从而adhesion不好。
adhesion也有各种，也可以仅仅是物理的粘结。 |

Communication), 关于in vitro formin如何感应力并调控actin生长速度。不知道你看
到没有。in vivo 也有很大进展。Sheetz组现在能够直接in vivo 测量 focal
adhesion protein的end-to-end distance. 其中talin的工作去年已经发表在PLoS
Biology上。 今年会有一系列别的蛋白的结果出来。会非常有趣。
in vitro adhesion protein如何感受机械力，如何unfold, 如何因此和别的signaling
protein相互作用把机械力信息转化成生化反应信号传递，今年会有一系列工作出来，
包括talin-vinculin, alpha-actenin - vinculin, 等。
上面这些全部都是直接单分子测量，和模拟无关。 我觉得你说得挺对的。这个方向似
乎很快就会有很大突破。 |

(One difference from your structure is silicon substrate is used instead of
glass. You may try silicon substrate.)
e-beam deposit 50~60A (5~6nm) Cr, then e-beam deposit gold (up to several
hundred (300 most of the time) nm, thicker film has not been tried to due to
cost concerns, not technical concerns.)
You may check other references to see whether or not Ti has adhesion problem
