（1）你收到的是Explanation of Bill, 还是Bill from the hospital?
(2) 如果是bill from the hospital, 其上面的数字和保险公司的EOB是否一致？保
险公司的EOB上是否有这笔adjustment?
(3) 你在医院看的病是不是在你保险承保的范围内？如果在的话，医院能收取的价格
是已经和保险公司协商好的。如果不在的话，那可能就要靠你和医院的协商。
无论如何，你现在最应该做的是给保险公司打电话，直接问他们这个adjustment是怎

，觉得可以做price adjustment，所以发邮件要求
昨天收到回复让人糊涂，说因为我已经用了20%off胖子，所以不能再叠加25%，我回信
解释我的意思。刚才收到第二次回复，说25% off是在我下order后的新胖子，所以不能
用。我更糊涂了，明确写信列出我认为他们可以adjust的2个原因

federal这个数目是5000豁免以后的。我听说CA是没有5000豁免的，那么填这个federal
adjusted gross income的时候，需要自己手动加5000吗？（也就是填 “不算5000豁
免的数字”）

的Schedule A来算。

很多好贴子讲了申请的宝典，所以只介绍一下几点自己的经验，
国内的材料也是很管用的，1A 要各方面的材料都全一些比较好，书啊 专利啊，报道啊 会员啥的都有用，中文的当然要翻译好看一点。
推荐信和申请信放在一起看要互相照应，不能重复太多， 不能互不相关，要形成一套很有说服力的材料。
NIW 和1A 用同一套推荐信，内容没提到是申请哪一类。有几个是原版签名，其它是彩色复印。
没找大牌律师，找的BOSTON 本地律师。打指纹只要随便带一个驾照一类的ID 就行了，不用 |

着，记不清了不一定对。你可以查查。我的approval notice上小字说，申请人现在美
国，并表示其有意愿并将要申请adjustment of status，然后给了一堆说明怎么联系
USCIS申请485。注意原文是the petioner indicates that， 所以我估计这句话是根据
你自己填的表来得，我怀疑你是不是选了不准备adjust status。。。

去年6月份的ER，然后在7月初收到账单，扣去了保险的部分，当时就把它付了。
但在今年年初又收到医院寄过来的账单，上面写着个去年12月份有个BCBS adjustment
fee.查了一下就是保险公司blue cross blueshield什么调整后又产生的账单。话说这
种情况是不是应该先联系下医院，看看保险公司到底做了什么调整，再跟保险公司联系
，还是直接联系保险公司，看看到底他们做了什么调整呢？
再者，blue cross是不是很evil啊？有没有人碰到过这种事？拖了半年后给我做了个调整，我都忘光了。 |
