标志着中国加速器驱动次临界系统（ADS）研究完成又一重大节点。
ADS嬗变系统是一种用于处理高放射性核废料的装置，可以让核废料失去放射性，同时
发电。该系统是目前国际上核技术最前沿的研究项目，中国是世界上第一个开展ADS嬗

据《星岛日报》报道，TIAC指出，预计ADS协议将在6月下旬、中国国家主席胡锦涛访加期间正式签署，而首批ADS旅客有望今年夏季抵加。该协会同时公布首批通过鉴定、可接待ADS旅行团的4家旅行社名单。据该协会在网上公布的名单，获鉴定的旅行社分别是加拿大中国旅行社（中旅社）、中青旅加拿大国际旅游有限公司（中青旅）、世运旅游、及亚省TRAXX巴士旅游公司等。入选的旅行社估计，今年夏天成行的ADS旅行团个人团费，大约在3,000加元（约2万人民币）左右。
次年中国游客料增至25万该协会表示，2008年加国总共接待近16万个来自中国的游客，比2007年增长5.26%。估计在加中两国ADS协议签署生效后，首年来加国的中国游客将增长42%至44%，人数增至于23.7万人，次年增长率可达50%，人数增至25万人。

For CPC ads, if one CPC ads is displayed and the the click through rate is
too low, it will taken down or the per click price has to be very high to

不太好，fb intern 被坑freeze了，google 有一道题dp没写好也没过。然后工作了了
一年多一点，上周刚面完google 感觉不错，结果第三天recruiter就说collect
positive feedback，然后安排host match, 很奇怪的是并没有提hiring committee的
事情，然后这周就match 了两个team 都是ads下面的新组，今天talk 又请他安排了第
三个组。
本来一切都蛮好的，但是后来又简单谈了下package， 115k base + 15% + 80K+RSU,
说都beat 了小弟现在的job. 小弟现在在一个二线也比较大的公司，但是公司不太爱给
rsu 所以股票很少 只有一点点。这个package base & bouns 都是 standard ms grads
package， 只是这个rsu给的太少了吧，小弟了解的new grads 基本上都在250股，大

在ads大组下面，目前聊了三个组
1. GDN下的quality组，manager是中国人，工作好像比较杂，就是负责提高ads
display各个环节的performance啥的。manager说整个流程很复杂，所以上手不太容易
，感觉是个很成熟的组了。
2. Mobile ads下的组，manager是ABC，做google play的广告的infrastructure。
3. Ads quality, manager是个印度姐姐，做google map的ads，唯一一个偏产品一点的
组，然后说还有很多data的部分。
然后所有组都是主要用C++。诚心请问有没有大佬能够提供一些信息或建议。感谢！ |

facebook盈利模式是display ads
当今display ads老大是yahoo, US revenue 6B, 市值19B, 不过yahoo持有alibaba 40%
股权，yahoo jap 35%股权,这个加在一起，市值就有9-15B，所以US部分大概值4-10B
google revenue 25B, 市值160B,不过google的盈利模式是search ads，profit margin
比display ads高10倍
facebook revenue 1B ...，盈利模式display ads，所以profit几乎为0
至于市值多少，就见仁见智了

protests by Asian/Chinese Americans across multiple US cities this past
Saturday. And what's worse is that when they did report, they tried to
twist the truth and manipulate public's opinion by stating "it was not
actually Kimmel himself who made the offense" (and implying we are being
unreasonable protesting against kids, which is far from the truth!). Here

不过，最令陈仪芬印象深刻的是当她进场时看见百多名参与者，当中华裔与非华裔的旅游业界人士济济一堂的场面。
的确，这次出席参与的有本地和中国的旅行社、多个旅游局的代表、航空公司驻温哥华的负责人、大型会议的策划公司、酒店、大专学院、商会、加国和3个中国省政府的代表官员。印象中，本地以中国旅游为讨论主题的论坛或会议，未曾举办过这样的规模。
这样的规模，反映出本地旅游业对中国ADS的重视和期盼。就正如华人旅游业界知名人物刘恒信在1月，同样是由在野新民主党所举办的ADS圆桌会议里提出，ADS所带来的不是一车车，而是一飞机一飞机（是747飞机）的游客。那次圆桌会议的结论是，加拿大和卑诗省都仍未准备好迎接ADS时代的来临。
卑诗—中国旅游会议其实是承接1月ADS圆桌会议的讨论，当时有份参加的中国文化促进会会长李琦，认为讨论很重要和有意思，便主动提出想跟在野新民主党举办一次更大型的旅游会议。

It is not a Win2K domain. Win2K domain has some new features, such as
ADS.
The Win2K adv server can join a existed NT4 domain, or form a
child-domain.
That ADS compitable with Nt4 means that you can use a NT4 machine to
access the ADS
(Advanced Directory Services) contents and it can use NT4's resource
under ADS.
Also, ADS must be installed on a Win2K server, a domain controller.

传统作RF的，应该还是习惯用ADS吧，主要历史也已经很悠久了。
算法上面ADS应该要强一点，毕竟agilent找了很多人专门搞这个的。
而且ADS和电磁仿真软件的接口好一点，没怎么用过genesys现在应该也有，但是ADS下
面的momentum应该大家很熟吧。
另外genesys比ads价格低很多把，不是一个数量级的。 |
