对文章没有硬性要求，但是如果你没有R&R,forthcoming, accepted at top journals
除非你是牛校毕业或者有牛老板，working paper weighs nothing
finance基本没有postdoc，有visiting faculty，但是这样的职位很可能内部早就定了
是谁。这两年market不太好，ap职位有，但是最后招不招人说不好。
是的，我没看过一个postdoc ad。
你摸石子过过河看看吧。你可以参考下去年LBS在美国的placement。去年应该有好几个
中国人在market上。

as what developers should have.
Research analysts in IB are quite different. I think some of them focus on
industry analysis and stock pitch up, usually for bachelor or MBAs with
financial market experience. However, researcher in some IBs means real
quant.
.. You need read the job descriptions.
There are many other companies also hire phds and especially you have green
card, that is big plus!
