complaints data investigation /ICAR 之类的 初级工作。如果留在QA部门就得考
Green belt等才有机会往上升。现在有个机会去medical affairs部门 主要是IIS
management, registration，MDR report review, maintaining evidence library
literature database, clinical evaluation 也是做初级工作。感觉medical affairs
更多的是PharmD在做 他们升的也快。目前对quality无感，糊口的工作，没啥兴趣。本
打算做regulatory，但是没经验毫无offer 想着是否先跳medical affairs 再转。或者
medical affairs也很好就留下去干。
想问哪个部门对职业发展较好? 请大家给些意见 谢谢 |

考职业发展时，觉得Quality Assurance and Regulatory是一条适合自己的职业道路。
本人背景如下：
Microbiology专业的master，在一家chemical公司的做过3年的chemist （R&D).目前在
一家医疗器械公司做production quality engineer。身份是H1b。
我要请教的问题主要是2个：
1）想做Quality Assurance and Regulatory需要怎样的素质和技能？我之前的R&D,
QUALITY的经验是否有帮助？
2）我了解到在北美，regulatory affair想入行比较困难。而目前本人所在公司规模很
小，所有regulatory的事务都由VP负责，我基本插不上手。
所以我在想否值得投资（大约4W刀）读一个regulatory affairs 的 online master。

the affair 2014
据说是讲一个人去另一个地方偷情的故事。是个tv show。
目前看了第一集的十分钟。前十分钟就把我吸引了，有张力。有名剧的潜力。
大家不妨看一看。

the affair 2014
第一到第四集全看了（本季好似有10集，也可能就一季）。拍的真好。
首先是故事节奏很好，不快不慢的。
其次，这片子有点文学作品的感觉，还挺有意思。很多对话处理的非常好，有些深刻，
略有文艺。
美国的电视剧，其实大多没啥意思（我看过的美剧，真说得上好的，两只手的手指窦数
得过来），主要是主创想得都是怎么迎合观众，拍大多数人喜欢的东西。
这部戏到目前为止非常好看。优秀的电视剧。真好。 |

重要的。RA和QA是相辅相成的， 缺一就是一条腿走路。再有， 这一行牵扯面很广，
GLP/GCP/GMP/GTP， IND/NDA/BLA/510K/IDE。。。 据GMP为例， 有药物的，血的，器
材的，食物的，营养补充，等等。
一个REGULATORY AFFAIRS 的硕士学位真的不是很有用。 生物的Ph.D在这一行也没有优
势和硕士/学士来比较 |
