[1] 不能随便用, 不论公司学校, 都要和负责人说一声
[2] 不能随便去掉, 比如你在学校里面做的课题, 离开学校之后想要发表, 但是在没有
通知以前老板的情况下, 不署他的名和不用学校的affiliation, 可能引来麻烦.

党员in general 485不会被批准，除非满足三个豁免条件之一。
其中第三个基本跟普通人没关系
第二个是退党满5年（中国），这个才是大家都援引的，因为来了美国好久一直没交党
费，自动退党好多年
第一个是 入党时候未成年，或者非自愿，出于获取食物水和工作等生活资料所必需
网上流传的statement无非cover了这两条而已。你要是退党不满5年，理论上不能用第
二条，但是因为statement里也有说在中国不入党寸步难行，所以勉强够第一条.
当然这个问题比较边角，我估计IO都不一定懂这么细节，所以只要你按网上statement
好好写了自己没自作聪明乱加减东西应该问题不大。何况说的是“你”没交党费，真追
究起来你父母在你不知情的情况下补交党费也不是不情有可原。
但是其他人说完全不用担心之类的还是有点过了。

通常都pass一个tracking id (自己网站生成的unique的）到affiliate
affiliate的sales report里都含有tracking id的
通过这个tracking id就能找到是哪个user ,再返利。

客户母公司在法国，在美国有一总公司，总公司下有3个美国分公司，分别持有股份54%
，51%和90%.在计算163(j)是需要把affiliated group看作整体，根据Sec1504，90%可
以算是affiliated group，但另外两个不算！但是根据Proposed Treas. Reg 163(j)-5
, 好像又说可以根据Sec 318判断是否是affiliated group，那样54%和51%也都可以算
进去了！
那么163(j)到底应该三个group分开算，还是1个consolidated group来算呢？
如果能系统讲下163(j)就更好了！

attorney about how an affiliation with a college or university is
established, and here's the answer:
"If the school is a non-profit affiliated or related to a university or
college, then your H-1B petition may not be subject to the H-1B cap.
Generally, in this situation, the required affiliation is established if the
school as an internship or student teaching program with a local university

挣钱很不容易，而且广告商作弊很明显， 也就不和他们计较了。
几个月前，忽然有一个大广告商的一种免费服务每天都有好几个人使用, 一个五美元，
几天时间我就赚了一百多。但几天后，该广告商忽然通过中介网站告诉我，所有这些访问
都来自同一个IP, 所以不算。不但把我的钱全部收回去，还关了我的帐户。
我要求他们提出证据，给出ＩＰ地址, 不能想关就关。上个星期，affiliate中介网站
终于把IP地址给我了，我一查，该ＩＰ来自广告商在印度的分公司。过去我一直以为是
竞争对手要害我，现在才明白，水深得多。 而且行为显然已经触犯法律。
太卑鄙了，我决不想放过他们。而且，我相信我决不是唯一的受害者，他们的行为多半
是大规模的舞弊。我可以告他们，要求赔偿吗？应该如何着手？我考虑向attorney
general报告，也考虑请律师，要求彻底调查并赔偿。
这家广告商是三岁小孩都知道的著名公司， 年销售数十亿美元。
另外，中间商也应该负连带 |

fishy?.:))
If someone sell themselves by their "affiliatation" with some top univ, you
should always think on the flip side, actually it just tells you "they are
not faculty physicians of the univ", same rule applied to some affiliated-
hospitals.
In some med schools, a portion of med sudents won't be accepted unless they
agree to do MS3 and MS4 clinical years in affiliated-hospitals rather than
Univ hospitals. |

If you do not want to take the risk, do NOT go to the small clinics. They

There are definitely people out there willing to help, but start early so
you have time to find them.
建议提前一年就开始联系PRECEPTOR，有的NP学生甚至说自己是找好了所有的PRECEPTOR
才注册NP PROGRAM,交学费，当然你不用那么AGGRESSIVE,但是提前一年就联系
PRECEPTOR是有必要的。有的PRECEPTOR临时换工作，或者需要请假做手术，度假，或者
出去做medical mission，PRECEPTOR也是一大堆破事。还有的PRECEPTOR在你开始前的
一个星期突然告诉学校，他不能PRECEPT学生了，由于种种原因。有的NP学生就只能等
一个学期，浪费一个学期的时间。
学校说是会帮你找PRECEPTOR，但是实际上要求你自己先找，要求提前三五个月就找到
PRECEPTOR.我去过本州的NP 协会的DINNER，认识人，问那些刚刚毕业的NP在那儿做的

review of modern physics 可谓是物理学界之至高无上无克配敌的刊物，从１９２９
年到现在共只有２７５３篇次的文章被发表，可见其分量多重啊，比起physical
review seriers 和 PRL 都高级很多啊，我一个南京大学的同学说就他们学校的一个
做群论的叫做陈金全的教授发过一次，并且他后来有可能再被邀请发一次，不幸他过早
的去世了，然后中国（至少内地）就没有一个发过这个东西。陈金全的那本名作我是有
的，是在北京遇到南京大学的一个博士，很好的一个人——一个很帅的大哥送给我的，
可惜我没有看，他从南京寄给我，当是真的很感动啊。
今天搜索了一下，结果如下：
