玛拉基书3:8
人岂可夺取神之物呢？你们竟夺取我的供物，你们却说，我们在何事上夺取你的供物呢
？就是你们在当纳的十分之一，和当献的供物上。
2。摩西时代古以色列人能保留多少比例的收入？
其实当时的古代以色列人要交两个十一奉献， 第一个给利未人(民数记 18:21)，
第二个在1，2，4，5，年在朝觐时一起吃掉， 在3，6年分给当地的
利未人和寄居的，与孤儿寡妇。（第7年是安息年.)(申命记 14:23,申命记 26:12) 如
果不算其他要求（如初熟果实，头生牲畜 。。。），
自己保留的收入大概是（1－0。1）×（1－0。1）＝81％

奋努力的亚裔的最大掠夺，也已经并且必将更大地损害到美国的竞争力。亚裔谈不到歧
视任何人，只是为了保护自己的权利而斗争，这与对象是谁无关。
实际上affirmative action的法理基础极其薄弱，充满了争议，可以说是试图用新的错
误掩盖就的错误。最高法院两次判决，虽然名义上支持affirmative action，但两次都
判决具体量化非法，遭到歧视的起诉者也如愿入了学。而实际上对大学录取这种事来说
，不量化就极大打击了不合格人员浪费教育资源。不过亚裔懦弱怕事，两次起诉的都是
白人。
说这个不是试图说服你，而是觉得“歧视”扣在自身合理权利被残酷剥夺的亚裔华人身
上实在是不着边际；而且对affirmative action这种本身就充满了争议的议题（在加州
等地方更是通过全民公决反对affirmative action），对其中一方扣以“歧视”的帽子
，姑且不说是不负责任，至少是情绪化/不严谨也不利于不同观点间的沟通。 |

“禁止华人在美拥有房产、禁止华人与白人通婚、禁止华人妻子儿女移民美国﹑禁止华
人在政府就职、禁止华人同白人在法院对簿公堂等”歧视行为的各方面进行补偿，具体
就是
1. 鼓励华人拥有房产。比如政府对华人拥有房产进行补贴。

Affirmative Action本质上是给所谓under-represented的少数民族的上层漂白，让其
融入白人主流社会，从而达到控制的目的。可笑的是，Affirmative Action在UC系统废
除后，亚裔激增，白人又开始要求对他们自己用quota了。
不得不说，犹太人太精了，根本不让自己被单独列为一个种族，连人口统计都没有数据

从我做起, 从现在做起! 我们还来得及反对SCA5. 目前, 加州众议院的80席中, 有55席
民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.
Step 1: 下面网站里选Act Now有两个请愿投票, 有时间先去投票, 这两个网站都需要

这类法案，并非只有美国才有，中国在高考的时候，给少数民族加分，就是“平权
法案”的一种形式。之所以选这个题目，是因为我们华人特别地重视孩子的教育，这是
直接影响到接受教育的机会的话题。另外呢，去年，由于一个叫SCA5的法案，华人里的

This is US, not China, you know.
If 取消affirmative action is your fight, don't pretend it is every Chinese
American's fight.
The best 80-20 can do is to ask the candidates' position on AA. You would be

Not necessarily. First off, “affirmative action” is a loaded term with
many myths. Think about it more broadly as a positive legal action to
address the impact of structural discrimination caused by systemic racism
and other sorts of deep-set, unfortunate prejudices within our larger
society. With that said, yes, affirmative action has done a lot to help
