是亚洲来的呢？现在的情形是，因为美国的政治正确，已经导致别的族裔不能正确叫了
，比如，在美国的墨西哥族裔，如果你叫Mexican是歧视，要叫Hispanic American 或
者latino 这样,而你就是墨西哥过来的话还是可以叫Mexican。如果要叫黑人，那就要
叫African American，或者Black，如果直接叫African 显然是不合适的，而如果是非
洲来的，还是可以叫African的，只是听到的比较少，因为统称为black了。
由这三种族类的称谓其实可以看出对歧视的敏感度，黑人最敏感导致叫法上大家都往最
安全的靠。拉丁裔其次，所以换了一种叫法。亚裔一直被忽视，所以没人管怎么叫。。。
再有，我觉得要区分华人跟中国人的必要性并不是在于让美国出生的第二代第三代移民
跟中国出生的做区别，最主要区分的应该是原始国籍，就是来美移民那一代的国籍。比
如，台湾同胞其实来这边的二代移民就跟大陆的一样都是被称为Chinese，尽管他们有

Negro在MLK的时代是个中性词，比Black还褒一点点。现在也不算贬义啦，但用的不多
，因为Negro有黑奴的意思，所以在historical context里出现比较合适。
Nigger是极不礼貌的，骂人用的。当然老黑间也常常my nigger，my nigger的表示熟络。
Black很中性啦，一般用来都不会有问题的。
但当着老黑面还是African American更politically correct吧。深究一下，African
American也不一定是黑人。我想起一个笑话，是真事。N年前一帮同事在一起聊自己的
background，一个白人说自己有一半犹太血统，父亲从埃及来的。另一同事说，“ah，
so you are an African American." 同事忙说“No No，I was born in the Bronx."

Plus, now every school/company in US has to keep that silly thing called "
Diversity", meaning if considering an African/Hispanic candidate and a
Caucasian one, they would make the African/Hispanic the priority to be
admitted/hired even the African/Hispanic is not as good as the Caucasian.
They just need to keep balance and make sure the class/employee profile

现在的阿非利加这个词一般说是罗马人起的名字，说的就是你说的北非西部那一块。罗

的。多半说是意译了希腊人的，也就是意思上也是“阳光之地”，但是位置不同，从罗
马的视角的南方，有了转移。后来被阿拉伯人抄去了。

Ministers)，成员国同意了对成立非洲航天局的可行性开展研究。可行性将考虑目前的

据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全
世界大多数国家都已经掉悬崖里摔死几遍了？
再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速
高达9.91%，是世界同期平均增速的近三倍，在全球所有国家里遥遥领先。所以说，改
革开放也不是说一片黑暗，光看这个数据就很喜人嘛，至少优于1961-1978年期间的表
现。所以说，批判改革开放的时候，也要承认改革开放的确是有成绩的。当然现在的突
出矛盾是，没有人要否认改开导致经济总量增长，只是对这个经济增长的代价巨大感到

1976年，因为76年情况特殊，有唐山大地震，有政局更迭。

多是和当地政府合资成立一个公司，土鳖出的价格比西方公司高，当地政府和中国合作
收益远高于直接发牌给西方公司，非洲国家的政府当然愿意和土鳖合作啦。利比亚如果
换了政府，如果不是像卡扎菲那么NC，也是会更愿意和土鳖合作滴。
