EB3 Row and EB3 India China Everybody is suffering because of EB2 India.
Spillovers in tune of 20K Per year from all Categories are flowing to EB2.
EB2-ROW is not consuming any visa numbers. Eb2 India eats that too. If EB3
gets at least any of those 20K Spillovers, that would be a big relief to EB3
, but EB2 I is getting greedy and eating out the entire visa numbers. EB2

got it to work. =)
looks like closest station would be Zurich, Auzelg Ost by distance, but it
seems to be hard to walk for this station to the dance school. There is
another station Wallizellen, Herti which seems easier to walk.
The station at my office is Zurich, Scheweizer Ruck. It will take either 2
or 3 connections and about 40 to 50 minutes to get there...Gosh...this is so
slow, it's only 10km afterall. But I don't want to bother with a car for
such a short stay in Zurich.

I believe the plant was built in the 60s or 70s. I am not sure they are
capable of forseeing or even simulating the damage an earthquake + Tsunami
can do to the reactor. besides, it takes the government to intervene on
these matters, and you know, the government either don't know how to or don'

i talked about LCW. now a bit about LD.
how many of us here have discounted LD this WC? i have. in no polls or PAWs
or prediction have i thought he could win this. afterall, we are seeing a
very strong LCW and a LD whose performance is well below par (to LD's own
standard) in the past few months, not really into a match, throw a match,
losing to lower ranked players (Sasaki). we thought he is over the hill, not

从去年的ALCS的GAME3才注意起棒球(多谢PEDRO),从WS开始边看边学规则,人还没有太认
清楚(只认识ANDY)养鸡就输掉了。冬天恶补了一把。这一年来,养鸡成了我最爱的球队,
生出了养鸡扇子的毛病(不能输给SOX!!),花了我许多银子,给我的生活带来了无数快
乐,最后也给我带来了最大的折磨。从来没有对一项运动,一个球队投入这么多的精力和
感情。昨晚知道养鸡要输,但今天早上才觉得那么难受。知道棒球不相信眼泪,但还是撇
撇嘴想哭。

I may use my current pedals. I just spent $300 on triathlon gears today and
I don't plan to throw too much money into it. Afterall, it's only a 56 mile

I think it is fair for Gee to get that much money. Afterall, we all know the
job for president of a university is to raise money, and he is quite good

肯定会老老实实按照教科书最安全保守的来 (有时候正因为risk承受程度低,进步非
常慢。)
但是可以理解而不是去非常主观的judge一些经验丰富的攀登者权衡利弊以后take一般
人看来不适用的educated risk。你不知道他在那一刻遇到的是什么情况。也许他那一
次判断失误了,受伤了或者挂了,这是他判断失误自己付出的代价,shit happens,it
is a high risk sport afterall。不了解整个经过和实际情况事后靠臆测来judge,
我认为也是不够尊重的。

delayed flight.
Yesterday morning I went for a 1 mile jog in my vibram five fingers, and
thought that was my run for the

with my wife and daughter

My personal experience is that, if you CAN pick up your pace after taking
the walking break, then you didn't
need the walking break in the first place. If you have muscle cramps it's a
different situation. I'm just talking
about when people want to talk as a result of extreme exhaustion. When you

going to lose that mental edge. Remember, running is 100% mental (and 100%

I'd say that you should do speed work based on your heart rate/effort,
rather than the absolute pace. Afterall,
you don't expect to run the marathon at mile repeat pace. The purpose is to
improve your speed endurance.
Say you plan to run 6:00 miles, and you can only manage 6:15 today. Still,
finishing the mile repeats at 6:15 is
better than not finishing them at all. Nowadays I rarely do quality runs on
the treadmill, exactly for the reason

also, learn from tuoniao who is very competitive but still not his peak.
most (or even all) of young runners here cannot beat him :) anyway, he is a
wonder. Don't kill yourself to train to be a super running star. Afterall,
you can do a lot better than now if u keep it up. Just enjoy the running
and the peace of mind!
