改善关系之际，发动了此次战争。从另一个意义上说，中越戰爭，同时也是对苏联
的一个教训。这点在邓小平1月访美，2月就开战的顺序来看，尤为明显。对于美国
来说，西方国家乐于见到中国教训一下越南这个苏联的盟友。中越战争之后，中美

其实指的是欧州开始的自由主义,最主要的两点我认为是扩大平民参政的
