膜拜一下。。。
我也是一个月前才开始看股票的，所以看法如果幼稚请见谅。agen我觉得前景不错，但
是要真正爆发还要好几年。
那个ajuvant QS21什么的能给它带来不少收益，比如GSK的malaria vaccine，Shingles
vaccine..但是都不是blockbuster的收益。
和Incyte合作的方向还在pre-clinical..这期间肯定变数很多。
他们自己家搞得herpes vaccine phase II结束很久了迟迟没有phase III的消息，我看
过有关人士的分析是觉得二期的数据不够strong. Cancer vaccine就更是失败了好几个
clinical trials了。我个人觉得除非是和病毒感染有强烈关联的cancer, 比如HPV,否
则cancer vaccine 比较没用， 所以他们自己家的pipeline还需要观望。要说我还挺佩
服这个CEO的，经历了那么多的失败还在坚持。
BTW，昨天twitter上有个人说，like AGEN， 今晚吃饭AGEN的CEO买单，我就猜可能今
天会出什么好消息

jerry面前，就像女屌丝看见了向明女神，全线奔溃啊。但是跑中国就两样了。那国产
的8喜ice cream，my god，就是冰，水，奶和面粉的混合。绝对吃不出Häagen-
Dazs那种细腻的润滑感。Häagen-Dazs跑中国，这点就像nyc的女人嫁西岸的码农
。要呆在东岸怎么都有女人技压一筹。跑西岸当地的女人就死菜了。怎么能跟nyc的女

I want her to give me rebate and she said no. by the way, she is American.
We signed exclusive contract to Feb. 14th. Does this mean that any houses

一个数据，有 age (0, blank, 1, 2, 100, etc.)有一个我在 sas 里赋值 １ 或
０ 的准备用作 indicator。结果我用 sas 做成 csv 让 R 读，然后我想做些图。结
果 R 把 age 读成了 factor, 把另外那个读成了 integer。
我需要对 age=0 和 age>0 分别作图。因为 age 是 factor，我用了 as.numeric 也没
法选出 age==0.试图用 numeric 造一个新的 agen 来选，结果 agen 的值居然还和
age 不一样。。。。！
最近严重缺觉，爬上来求 quick answer |

发帖数: 1 | 50 现在住的APARTMENT每月要付大概900，所以觉得不如买个CONDO或者是TOWNHOUSE划算些，
还可以省省税。就一个人住，不过可能不久BF就会来和我一块儿。
今天看了看一个10年新的HOTEL改成的CONDO，区还可以，不算差也不算很好。因为离公路
有段距离，因此很安静。但同时离DOWNTOWN也很方便。想去玩玩，去CHINATOWN吃饭，开车
也很近。总体而言算是一个闹中取静的地方。
BF喜欢一个在顶楼(4层)的房子，1BED1LIVING，VAULTED CEILING，同时ATTIC也属于你。
而且你还可以改CEILING，加上小楼梯，地毯，就是一个比较高的小二层。上面空间比较大
