比如摔倒。这在老人中是很普遍的事，不管是老人院还是医院。因为美国老人有
MEDICARE/MEDICAID，摔了就是摔了，摔死了医院/老人院都不用负太多责任。受伤了MEDICARE自然会COVER治疗的开支。没有护士手上没有病人摔过的。这个事，你找律师告都赢不了什么，只要医院有做预防措施。
摔的原因很多，有病人自己CONFUSED，有身体弱突然头晕的，当然也有因为病人的尿布
没有及时更换导致病人AGITATED。但是，不管怎么说，摔了就可能受伤，就可能死。
试想一下，中国如果某个老人在医院或是正规的老人院摔死了家属会怎么办？肯定是停
尸大闹。最后医院在被闹的基础上，塞钱了事。不管是不是自己的原因。稳定第一。
美国不是这样。你如果是CONFUSED，自己试图下床，摔了一次，没摔成重伤，那么下一
步会怎么样？我不能说100%，但是80%的情况下，在医院里护士会申请RESTRAINT，把病
人绑在床上。严重的是4肢固定，手戴MITTEN，身上穿固定的马甲。
