眼看中国的“一带一路”搞得风生水起，印度总理莫迪也按捺不住，打算模仿中国的剧
本，推出投资于南亚基础设施建设的计划，以增强印度在南亚的影响力，只是这个计划
规模要小得多。
22日据彭博社报道，印度进出口银行行长Yaduvendra Mathur表示，印度计划推出
投资于南亚甚至非洲公路、大桥以及电站建设的专向基金，但他拒绝透露该项计划的规
模。据一位接近政府官员人士透露，印度该基金规模不到中国400亿丝路基金的1/4。
据了解，中国2013年提出“一带一路”构想，旨在从海上、陆上联通欧亚经济体。
Mathur在接受彭博社的电话采访时表示：“设立该基金的目的并不仅仅在于对基础设施
投资，而是进一步促进印度和南亚邻国之间的贸易。因此，该基金不会与中国的丝路基
金存在竞争关系。”

篇PDF格式的论文，向大众开放下载。他通过总共长达512页的极度抽象的推理过程，宣
称自己证明了当代数学史上最艰深困难的数论命题：ABC猜想。
2017年12月16日，日本朝日新闻报道称，望月新一的证明即将通过最后的审核，或于明
年一月份公开发表。事实上，如今已经进入同行评议的最后阶段。
换句话说，如果新闻报道无误的话，ABC猜想将变成ABC定理，而望月新一将一举成为当
代在世的数学家中做出最大贡献的一位。
数学界审核他的论文，仅用了近6年时间，这未免让人觉得喜出望外。如果，最终表明
他的证明正确无误，那么之前所花费的时间将前所未有地超值。要知道，最开始数学界
悲观的预测，要想完整地掌握望月新一的论文思路，大概需要10年时间。
原本对审核时间的估计，除了出于论文篇幅极长外，还因为涉及到重要意义的结果。怀
尔斯关于费马大定理的证明，当初号称是数学界以有史以来最严格的态度进行审查的论

诉书。上路兜风的恶棍们沿途揽客，在轮暴案被害人上车前，1位误上贼车的木匠已先

上个月16日巴士轮暴案发生当天晚间，这帮恶棍起先在其中1人-巴士服务员泰克（

篇PDF格式的论文，向大众开放下载。他通过总共长达512页的极度抽象的推理过程，宣
称自己证明了当代数学史上最艰深困难的数论命题：ABC猜想。
2017年12月16日，日本朝日新闻报道称，望月新一的证明即将通过最后的审核，或于明
年一月份公开发表。事实上，如今已经进入同行评议的最后阶段。
换句话说，如果新闻报道无误的话，ABC猜想将变成ABC定理，而望月新一将一举成为当
代在世的数学家中做出最大贡献的一位。
数学界审核他的论文，仅用了近6年时间，这未免让人觉得喜出望外。如果，最终表明
