李家洋（1956.7-）安徽肥西人。植物分子遗传学家，中国科学院院士，研究员。
中国
科学院副院长、党组成员。1982年毕业于安徽农学院（现安徽农业大学），1991年获美国
布兰代斯（Brandeis）大学博士学位，1991—1994年在美国康乃尔大学汤普逊（Boyce
Th
ompson）植物研究所进行博士后研究工作。历任中国科学院遗传研究所所长助理、所长，
遗传与发育生物学研究所所长。
李家洋主要从事植物分子遗传学研究，他利用模式植物拟南芥与重要粮食作物水稻探
索植物生长发育的调控机理。近年来的主要研究工作包括：采用图位法克隆了水稻分蘖控
制基因MOC1，开拓了水稻分蘖控制分子机理研究的新领域；利用水稻脆秆突变体分离了

1) I try to use backup wizard but it requires oracle management server connection
However, when I try to connect oracle management server, it tells me wrong
host name or status of oracle management server.
I wonder what I should do? I am using OEM.

I use "alter table tbl_name drop col_name" to drop a column,
but it failed twice.
From the dos window on XP, the comman "alter table" hang on there for ever.
After reboot the machine, the column is still there,
and data in this column are still fine.
The table has about 20 million rolls. Is the size a prolbem?

如果只是测试flashback drop，则无须归档模式，以及flashback on

只是recyclebin不支持system表空间对象，即如果你的tt表是sys或者system用户默认
创建的，是不能恢复的。用 show recyclebin命令查看已删除对象 |

1. 如果非要用SQL一步做到就这样：
比如你的数据一共是n行, 新建一个table: #Table
declare @n int set @n=n, @count int
declare @upd varchar(1000)
set @count=1 开始循环

set @upd='Alter Table #Table Add Column+convert(varchar(10), '+@count+')

exec(@upd) --这个Alter table 好像只能这样自动执行。
set @count=@count + 1

这样出现的column 就是 column01, column02, ...
然后再用同样的办法把数据update进去。
2. 或者你可以把行变成列倒过来，在SQL里生成，再换到Excel里面再倒过来。
反正只要能弄出最后的效果就可以。 |

发帖数: 25 | 40 今天有空去查了一下CRISPR专利的历史，UCB的专利已经有claim通过了审查（allow）
，只是还没有issue（时间问题）。我在后面列出来了其中一个通过了的claim，同时把
张锋issue了的专利里面的一个claim也列了出来。大家看能避开不？张锋后来的Cpf1看
着能避开UCB的Cas9。
有意思的是发现最早的一篇CRISPR相关专利申请其实是Luciano A. Marraffini（张锋
合作者）在Northwestern University时申请的，priority date Sep 23, 2008，早了
好几年。看看claim，只有interference，还没进化到切割，可惜一个claim也没批，居
然华丽丽的被一堆112给毙了，也就是审查员觉得那专利写的不清不楚，业内普通人士
看着不可能做出claim的结果，连101，102，103都没用上就挂了。西北也是早早的
abandon了，当年连PCT都没申请，可见并不重视。张锋专利里也没有Marraffini，虽然
science文章有他，我猜可能也是他只做真核interference方面的工作吧，张跟他合作
