的下面了.今天发现turbo的一根pipe没clamp好,松松的,周围有一些油漏出来.没工具只
好找了些alum foil tape把他粘了一下.以往加速到2krpm时,总很大的噪音.土办法修了
一下,好像声音低很多.下次去dealer那买个管换上也许就会彻底解决问题.

那个dealer有货的话，17200应该也能搞定，毕竟是truecar合作的。结果被一个垃圾
dealer给浪费了大半天时间，要不还能去其他地方找找base款了

altima 11款，2.5 base model， 连radio都没有，就2个黑窟窿。 车已经被dealer开
了80个mile了。 被强制安装了floor mat和alum plate，还有lojack。
CVT是5年6万报修， 外加deal自己nontransfer的life time warranty。 听上去不错，
但是CVT本来就是nissian的弱点，换一个5000. 虽说现在鸭哥和假美丽质量下降，但
是谁敢拍胸脯说nissian的cvt质量就比鸭哥和假美丽的好？ 所以这个altima 11款如果
开到8年想卖， 还是听头疼的。
从早上开门和dealer磨到下午2点， OTD谈到19000. 签了几个售后的paper了，就差
和finance签字了。 dealer突然说这个价格lojack不给activate。 其实lojack我们
本来就不想要，但是对方不管你要不要也不deduct掉。

20" polished Alum Wheels, Ruby red metallic, MSRP 48,305.
Drive out 41,000.
因为一直谈DO price，所以最后估算大概MSRP off了 9k-10k。
我们又加了两个垫子和tint 一共41,400.
各种保养和售后都没有买。
前前后后花了三个小时，然后把车开回家。 |

钱用的。新招faculty和学生拿奖是大项目。上次我们系一下招了四个老师，于是提早
约好了专业摄影师，将一间给学生做实验项目的房间搞成小黑屋，摄影师爬到梯子上从
上往下照。我们两个年轻女老师坐着前面，抬头笑做甜美样。资深女和男老师在后面站
着，男把胳膊交叉做成功人士样。摄影师一边啪啪按快门（听着就是电视里模特照相那
种接连不断的声音）。“你再把头靠过去一点儿。。。眼光往那看看试试。。。你笑得
再淫荡，不是，再明朗一点儿。。。”
临走时我们四人不断嘱咐，记得给我们发几张过来。人家就是敷衍你，谁给你发！玩了
照片就给登到杂志上，都几个月了我们也没见到啥样。后来是我在dean办公室外等
meeting时，看到一份杂志，趁小米接电话时匆忙塞入包中，回去众人传阅。 |

房子是Alum/Steel Siding，主要是有点灰尘，外墙颜色浅，所以看起来有点脏。在ser
vice magic上找专业的清洗，好像下面的选项都不符合
Prepair painting
Remove pollution and fuel emission residue
Remove mold or moss
Remove oil or grease
Remove mineral or hard water deposits
是不是说不需要专业清洗？自己租/买个机器冲冲就行了？
可是看邻居自己powerwash，二楼的好像水冲起来不够力 |

发帖数: 3792 | 46 其实没啥技术含量,原来的管道都有了,但是生锈了,我除了屋顶的口没拆,因为太麻烦不
会,把两节管道给拆了
机器是6寸口,我用一个reducer变成7寸,然后接一段完整的7寸管道,然后半段7寸管道,
再一elbow接到出风口
没有用任何螺丝,全用 alum tape搞定,这里有不同搞法,我以前总结过
机器给一段flex的管道,没用,不要用任何flex的管道,管道要光滑
顺便把厨房的日光灯盒子拆了,装了recessed lighgint,油漆选了橘红,不用任何
moulding,我们喜欢现代的直线条,以廉价ikea为代表,不喜欢疙疙瘩瘩螺旋腿
吧台吊灯装了三

1）关于roof的结果，inspector说roof有12-15年，应该还可以用5-8年，一般这种情况
下是不是就不能向屋主要credit了？
我还有一个concern是屋主安了两层roof，这等以后要tear-off安新roof时得多花多
少钱呢？谢谢！
2）siding: 报告上说lacks maintenance. Metal;Brick.Loose,missing mortar noted
at areas near front stoop and left side near bottom of garage service door;
several spalled/deteriorated bricks noted. Tuckpoint, replace bricks as
needed to prevent further damage/loosening of brick/stone. Weathered paint

Foil tape直接包起来了，我想可以这样装，网上去买个类似贴图的6寸to 5寸的
reducer, 多买一个5寸90度elbow(共2个），这样就可以轻松调节接入墙上的5寸口，如
果太长的话可以在reducer 的两端剪掉一点，甚至可以剪到两端可装上即可，如果还是
太长的话，2个90度elbows 的两端也可稍微剪掉一点，这样的话相信肯定可以沿着
nature curves 很漂亮的连接起来。您用 Foil tape 包起来是不符合的，指出来的目
的是希望下一个同学如遇到类似的不要模仿，希望您不要介意。图IMG_1392.JPG， 见
到您用了duct tape 去封住管道和墙之间的缝隙，我想可以用Gaps Sealant，看上去就
漂亮好多。
