2月25日，安踏体育(2020.HK)发布公告称，要约人已收到墨西哥联邦经济竞争委员会有
关完成要约收购的必要批准。至此，由安踏牵头的投资者财团，已获得了收购芬兰高端
运动品牌亚玛芬Amer Sports所需的全部官方批准。
本次交易规模26亿欧元，其中安踏出资15亿欧左右。交易完成后，安踏体育持股58
%、方源资本、AnameredInvestments各占21%，腾讯通过方源资本参与。
早在去年12月7日，安踏体育在官网就发布了消息，由安踏体育、方源资本、
Anamered Investments及腾讯组成的投资者财团宣布，通过新成立的Mascot Bidco Oy
公司，以每股要约价格为40欧元，总计46亿欧元的价格，收购Amer Sports。

上再起波澜。机上一名女乘客在飞行过程中突然昏迷且伴有高烧，但这架能容纳200人
的飞机竟然没有配备任何急救药箱，幸而一名新州医生挺身而出，才避免了悲剧的发生。
这家编号为United Airlines 510的航班9日晚从洛杉磯起飞，一名泽西市(Jersey City
)的医生Amer Syed突然听到了机组人员发出警告(medical emergency)，并询问机上是
否有医生。Amer Syed赶到现场时，发现一名24岁的女子处於昏迷状态，且脉搏微弱。
就在Amer Syed给该女子喝下1.5升饮料，打算进一步进行抢救时，他惊讶地发现飞机上
竟然没有任何止痛药或是抗生素，唯一的听诊器还是坏的：「我对飞机上如此缺乏急救
设施和药物感到极为惊讶。」
幸而在Amer Syed的帮助下，该女子在飞机落地后被顺利送往纽瓦克Beth Israel

(social/american style) in our studio! The swing (east coast) routine shown
here is exactly the same. I bet there are teaching videos studios use to
faciliate their teaching of social/amer style dances.
The rumba (the left one) is american style rumba. The chacha (the left one)
is american style chacha? I don't know - that's why i said the other day i
don't know what amer. style chacha is but that is what is taught.

Annals, Inventions, JAMS, Acta下来基本上就是这些了。
Duke自然是Duke的杂志；
Adv. in Math.是MIT的杂志；
AJM是JHU办的。
CPAM是Courant所的家报。
很多学校也都有自己办的杂志，像Indiana Math Journal在PDE方面是很不错的。 |
