coupling，而一开始的信号来自amide上的H，amide上的H可以和水交换。如果交换速度
太快，这个H就观测不到了。不过看起来如果有氢键（二级结构）存在的话，交换速度会慢很多。别
的常用的3D NMR方法都是建立在HSQC的基础上。你可以看看下面的文章，一个49kD的蛋白（寡聚），
在80C条件下做的。

Just give you a bit info. You need to label the protein with N15 and C13 in
D2O given its size. Assign all the amide peaks on a 2-D HSQC or HMQC (again
hundreds of them, of course). Then take a series of 2-D HSQC or HMQC with

The New York Times earlier reported that the ban was imposed amid a
diplomatic row between the two countries over Japan’s arrest of a Chinese
fishing boat captain in disputed waters.
