Logic synthesis和verification；如果是Analog现在作PLL，以后可能转到RF。想想今
后10-20年的发展，有点偏向于去做Analog的方向。各位高人评一评这两个方向如何取
舍？多谢。 |

以前国内读本科和master的时候，上模拟电路课做过一些简单的project,无非是一些
spice模拟，然后画layout。没有任何type out经验，但是电路基本功还算扎实。
现在接到analog design interview通知，大家能不能给介绍一下，突击的话看什么书

因为我要硬件化的algorithm既可以用模拟实现，也可以用数字实现。而我们偏偏选择
了用digital来做（其实很大一部分原因是我们不会做模拟电路。。。只会写verilog）
于是我就想模仿一些digital文章里轻描淡写地说“对于模拟电路，scalability和
reconfiguability是硬伤，所以这种algorithm应该用数字电路实现更好。。。”
但是就这么攻击一个我不熟悉的领域，是不是容易招仇恨啊。。。台下的做analog的老
教授如果听我这么说，一怒之下可能就喷我了。。。
抛开architectual level的scalability和reconfigurable的定义不说。你认为我说“
Analog implementations suffer from PVT, bad scalability and reconfigurablity
, so we decide to realize the algorithm with digital”可以使人信服吗？ |

具体怎么做，一般来说都是各有利弊，列个pro and con的table来权衡取舍。一般而言
，如果问题很严重并且比较简单比较linear，analog可以直接上，如果比较复杂order
高算法复杂，就得靠digital，但是得确保analog domain的东西还能用。有algorithm
的东西, analog一般不直接碰，顶多digitally assisted calibration。

now, seems like we Chinese students are again merging into this field, which
might finally make it another poor "biology".
I still think a "data-sheet" level analog engineer is mostly wanted in
electrical engineering nowadays, almost every industry needs such a guy, but
I can almost count IC companies with both hands. |
