中新网3月15日电 据路透社报道，法国核安全局将日本福岛第一核电站多个核反应堆发
生爆炸列为6级事故，在这个评估体系中，最高级别为7级，此前只有切尔诺贝利核电站
1986年发生的核事故被列为最高的7级事故。
法国核安全局主管拉科斯特（Andre-Claude Lacoste）15日表示，日本福岛第一核电站
二号反应堆周边用来存放放射性废料的混凝土容器，“已不再是密封的”。
法国核安全局在新闻发布会上称：“当地时间早上6点10分与上午10点先后发生的爆炸
，可能对这个(存放放射性废料的)容器造成破坏。此容器是监测到放射性物质显著上升
的源头。”
另据报道，日本原子能与工业安全局维持福岛核电站爆炸事故的级别为4级。
此外，英国政府首席科学家贝丁顿（John Beddingto）表示，日本目前的核危机与切尔
诺贝利核电站事故“完全不同”，日本政府的应对是恰当的。 |

在西方世界有不少同情和吹捧中国共产主义革命的有影响的知识分子。其中非常有名的
一位是法国人André Malraux，他的中文名字叫马尔罗。
马尔罗是法国人，他于1901年出生，是二十世纪最有影响的左派作家之一。他曾在戴高
乐政府担任过文化部长。在60年代中期还访问过中国，并在西方世界大量传播有关中国
共产主义运动的消息，影响非常大。
马尔罗虽然出生在一个十分富有的资本主义家庭，可是他从小就思想左倾，完完全全是
一个造反派的性格。当时印度支那半岛是法国的殖民地，马尔罗21岁的时候来到柬埔寨
去旅游，正好遇到苏联在亚洲大肆鼓吹共产主义革命运动。马尔罗心血来潮，下定决心
要去解放全人类，在印支半岛干起了革命，并到中国去会见列宁派到中国指挥共产主义
革命的鲍罗廷。
1926年马尔罗回到法国，开始撰写一系列以中国共产主义革命运动为主题的小说。1928
年出版名为《征服者》的小说，讲的是1925年的省港大罢工。 1933年，马尔罗出版了
他的成名小说《人类的命运》，并获得了各种文学奖，十分畅销，甚至在今天西方的大
学里还被用在教科书里。

公共设施费用、治安费用等，完全可以按照她当年准备接收的人数再加上20%的意外开

纳粹/法西斯这些词，都在历史课本上学过，还有二战电影里看过，觉得离我的生活好
远，所以没有什么切身感触。在德国上学/生活/工作的经历都还挺顺利挺愉快，风景如
诗如画，社会文明有秩序，民众友好有爱心，所以基本上都是美好回忆/正面印象。
我好多年前在生活中第一次听见“纳粹/法西斯”这个词，是几年前的事情了。有一个
养狗的德国女同事，她老公去遛狗，然后毫无任何预兆，就有一个路边的“和平教娃”
朝狗主人和狗扔了个鞭炮，在他们眼前爆炸，把狗吓坏了（也不知道这个小孩是要炸人
还是炸狗），这个男士就对旁边默不作声的和平教“娃他妈”说：“您好，我觉得您应
该管管您家孩子，他朝我和狗扔鞭炮，您也看到了这一幕呀！”这时候，他本来以为“

川普自认改善美国贸易协定的简单策略，就是「分而征之(divide and conquer)」；川
