避免胎儿发生溶血性贫血的可能。
英文版本是说在快生产前的2-4个星期不能用，以下是BABY CENTER的内容：

个人背景：40+, 这是第二胎（意外）。老大已13，顺产。
今天39周整，已有轻微的sign，即将进入labor。回想整个孕程还是比较顺利，我也没

-没有任何孕吐反应，甚至morning sickness。
-早期没有任何spotting。
-没有做screen blood test & maternal serum screening, 因为决定做羊穿。
-羊穿：大概16~18周时做的。做之前有个Genetic consult，我知道对于我是没有任何
作用，打电话试图取消，被告知不可以，和billing的人聊了一下，时间按每15 mins算
。羊穿之前的B超，很详细、超长，录了DVD，比后来的所谓大B超还详细。4D机器。总
供大概$1700。
-血糖：one-hour failed, two-hour passed.
-Flu shot: 没打。我最近二、三年都不打。很少感冒。整个孕期没有感冒，只有一次
被家人传染噪子不舒服几天，仅此而已。

来了。各项培养包括脑脊液也查了。刚把骨穿骨髓给抽了。等正式结果中。估计还有好
多实验检查要做，不知道有没有的救。好可怜啊，这么小，一点点大。妈妈连打
swaddler打包都打不好，怕病人着凉，俺来打包。把formula拿来喂。问家长，吃了多

本来想update到原帖，不过写了长了点，而且原帖页数太多了，就新开了个帖子。
多谢大家的关心，没想到有那么多的祝福，我实在很感激：）不能一一道谢，等明后天
我空一点就发包子。
其实也没啥好说的，今天没有再做血检，血液科的医生说，目前为止认为是infection
引起的，因为她身上没有任何rash，没有其他症状，能吃能睡能拉，精神也蛮好，也没
有再发烧，含氧量和心跳一直都是正常的。指标一下子不会回去，一般要5天左右，所
以约了下周一的clinic，再验一次。隔几天验一次，验到好为止。如果持续的low，那
就是别的问题了。
我没看到具体的单子，但是我问过医生，她说现在中性粒细胞大概在总白细胞的10%左
右。正常的话是50%-70%。其他的指标医生也没有提，我也姑且认为是没有问题。
据他说，这个情况跟mmr和flu shot都没有任何关系。所以还没给娃打mmr的姐妹也不用
特别担心吧。

好吧，我标题党了。事情是这样滴。
本人孕中期开始有轻度的大细胞型贫血，血检结果是缺B12－－血液B12含量比正常的最
低值少一咪咪。于是就买了瓶B12开始嗑药。这嗑啊嗑啊，就嗑到了宝宝快四个月。这
几个月里我发现如果停吃B12几天，奶量一定会减少。大概少1／6，从30 oz 到25 oz
的样子吧。
那么我为什么会缺B12呢？这个我的医生也不知道。肉里B12丰富，所以一般美国缺B12
的多是素食主义者。可我是肉食动物啊。所以无解。不过如果google之网上和我相似的
例子还是不少滴。
那么磕B12对其他各位缺奶的宝妈有用么？我发唠叨这篇文是因为今天在网上闲逛看到

murmur,心脏杂音。然后问我孩子刚出生时，医生有没有发现心脏问题。我说没有。至
今看过4个医生，她是头一个这么说的。医生说，这样的话，通常不是心脏问题。她怀
疑可能有anemia，贫血，让验血检查。
今天又带女儿去follow up。验血结果是没有贫血，这样就排除了由于贫血引起心脏杂
音的可能。医生又仔细听，还让女儿换姿势来听，说还是有。于是让照胸透，下次拿给
她看，然后她还要约心脏专科医生来看，可能还要做echo。听得我心里一颤一颤的。去
做胸透时，问我的保险信息，问我的公司名字，我竟然一下子想不起来了。脑子都晕的
。现在真是更加担心了。不知道最后能不能排除心脏病的可能。自己也知道担心没什么
