压是不怎么动的（就是没有attached to the skin)。没有受伤史，也不排除娃偶尔扭
了没告诉我们。
带去看了儿医，儿医说是推的动，问没有食欲变差也没有weight loss，也不痛，摸了
淋巴结都没异常。送去拍了x-ray，说骨头没问题。儿医说要么自己观察一阵子，要么
带去看 pediatric orthopedic specialist。
有儿科/骨科经验的知道有些什么可能原因么？还有什么检查手段可以确诊呢？比如B超
可以检测是否是cyst？

residency。MD的Foot&Ankle是先用4年拿MD，再花5-6年做General Orthopaedics
residency，然后一年Foot&Ankle fellowship。
具体到要找哪一个医生，还是要办这类手术做得多不多。如果你对DPM不放心，就找MD
。要是我，找DPM和MD没有差别。 |

发帖数: 7 | 5 不是太同意这样的说法，当然我自己本身就是DPM第二年的医学生，所以有些偏见哈哈
。一些人对DPM的印象主要停留在20，30年前，那时候DPM主要就是做些足部的护理，一
些小手术和orthotics. 不过从2000初开始整个filed变化的很厉害，原来在80年代DPM
是不需要residency的，90年代开始出现1年，2年的residency. 现在是minimum 3
years，第一年主要是off service rotation，也就是internship, 是和
其他specialty一起做intern的。Residency做完后还可以继续进修fellowship，有不少
DPM还会去做MD Ortho的foot and ankle fellowship。所以说，2000年后毕业出来的
DPM在足科方面的教育是绝对优于MD/DO Ortho的。就拿我们学校来说，一些来讲课的
DPM会提到会接到Ortho的referral, 因为骨科医生认为自己没有经验和相关的训练做足
部方面的手术。毕竟我们从医学教育开始就接触lower extremity, residency在足部手

还是要看每个人的情况。 如果你有好工作，有身份，有钱，应该是在哪里都好过。
我和老婆都是中国农大毕业的硕士（99年和98年毕业）。之后我们俩都自费到美国。长
话短说，因为专业太差，在美国混的非常不如人意。我动物营养，老婆植物营养专业，
是属于到哪都没有前途的专业。在美国混了8年，非常失败，练H1签证是什么样都没有
见过。正所谓男怕入错行啊。直到现在，国内的农大还拼命招人。真不知他们这些新人
将要怎么混。
07年12月，在美国走入绝地。幸好老婆在LANGSING读的护士刚毕业，她在当地找到一份
工作后我带着1000美元来到CALGARY.
到后7天，在圣诞前夜，在一家餐馆找到洗碗的工作。一小时13元，一天8小时，有各种
福利。当时就想，在美国我也在不少餐馆打过工，福利，想都没有想过。洗碗并不累，
餐馆很多时候根本不忙，你真正的有效工作时间也就3-4个小时。

(CNN)A student was wounded after a shooting Friday morning at a high school
in Ocala, Florida, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said, shortly before
students were to walk out as part of a national protest against gun violence.
The student was shot in the ankle and transported to a hospital with a wound
not considered life threatening, said Kevin Christian, Marion Public
Schools spokesman.
