在移民法中，公民配偶算immediate relative，所以没有排期。绿卡配偶有排期，每个
月会变动。此次移民改革里，也提出了把绿卡配偶变成immediate relative的提案。所
以这次绿卡排期变得current也是有迹可循的。也许会在不远的将来变成immediate
relative也未可知。
公民配偶没有排期，所以可以直接递交130和485 bundle。485 bundle包括485（
adjustment of status）， 765（employment authorization card）， 131（Advance
Parole）和G325A，并且交体检表格。
绿卡配偶排期每个月都有变化，目前8月份的排期是current的，也就说如果为配偶办的

金融街上面那些著名豪华酒店里，全有正规的gym，都是符合标准的。
自己买annul fee的话，价格比较贵。。。

标题有点哗众取宠啊，具体情况是这样，我朋友在hunter ed . com 上完网上课程就能
在big 5 买到hunting lisence 了，
所以今天我上完hunter的网上课程了就直接去walmart试了试，没想到还真的给我了
ANNUL HUNTING LICENSE。
我用的是hunter ed 考完9个unit之后给我发的一个paper，下面一行小字明确说了这个
只是home study,只是拿来上class用的...
我想请问这些sale是真的不太懂加州法律么？那人确实也是说第一次看到有人拿这个来。
（还有个小细节，就是他当时问我他们charge了你的钱没有，我当然说有啊，但是后来
才发现他问的是charge license的钱，这个没有charge，但是我马上说我能现在pay么
，他说能，好高兴）
