务人员说是拿到卡以后才能知道有没有annual fee,结果拿到以后是有的,打电话过去,
说给推荐另一种Venture卡没年费的,cancel原来那个.
拿到新卡,里面cover letter果然说没有年费,可是用了几天以后到online banking去查
,居然又扣了39. 打电话给客服,说是membership fee.我问为什么跟cover letter上告
知的不一样,他说他也不知道,让写信给salt lake city的一个department去问,还没有
电话号码,只能写信!
大家有用Venture卡的么,都有这个年费么? |

价值分为实际价值和书面价值
实际价值只有真正的大老板自己一个人（几个人）心理清楚。也就是俗话说的内帐。

月会变动。此次移民改革里，也提出了把绿卡配偶变成immediate relative的提案。所
以这次绿卡排期变得current也是有迹可循的。
公民配偶没有排期，所以可以直接递交130和485 bundle。485 bundle包括485（
adjustment of status）， 765（employment authorization card）， 131（Advance

拿了绿卡有什么好处？有了绿卡可以不必为签证而烦恼，回国比较方便，此外找工作时
可以少些限制，这可能是当初自己所能想到的好处了，而一旦递交绿卡申请，原来的签
证就不能用了，要申请EAD，免税从此就没有了，实际收入马上明显减少了。

Perm total is around 3W, EB2I/C has comparable number as ROW, roughly
1.5W.
Those EB2I/C haven't file 485 yet. Same applies to EB2I/C with PD later
than 07-07.

折腾了一个多月，房子还是没买成，不过特别感谢我的律师。
inspection发现了一些问题，但是这个inspector跟我的agent关系很好，所以我问他问
题多严重的时候，他就含糊其词，说他不负责修，所以不能确切的告诉我能不能修好，
或者花多少钱能修好。后来就找了一个contractor，看了说能修好，给了estimate。
这时候我的律师对我说，contractor是要赚钱的，所以一定会说能修好。他建议我把
inspection的报告给一个很专业的engineer看（他推荐的，不收费），说这个人跟我不
存在利益关系，所以可以相信他的意见是中肯的。结果这人一看，立刻指出大问题，告
诉我千万不能买这个房子。说买了绝对是个包袱，就算修了，也不能治本，以后卖不掉。
我再跟律师说，他立刻把合同annul了，deposit还给我，律师费也没出。 |
