一个手机基站的发射功率取决于上面antenna的多少。对外面的影响取决于塔的高度及
周围的环境。所以距离是个很大影响因素。我侧过一个手机塔400外的地方读数为0.02-
0.05微瓦/平方厘米。家里的router5米以内的读数是0.07-0.2微瓦/平方厘米。贴着
router的地方读数更高。我更有无聊的拿着仪器去曼哈顿，基本背景读数就是0.03-0.
04，走过的有Madion Ave, Park Ave.如果到有看得见天线的地方就更强。
其实电视塔的发射更强，可是不是很多人愿意买如明珠塔，cn tower旁有view的房子？
关键手机塔，高压线塔太难看。这种手机天线如果在大城市会很密集的，如果因为这个
不买，就没地方住了。可以用antenna search .com 去看看。但是话说回来，如果因为
这个心理有疙瘩，那么真的会引起生理变化。听过个例子是有个女的看见家里附近建高

一是digital antenna, 也有叫HDTV antenna的,前提是你的TV是digital compatible;
二是购买一个digital converter box,它把digital信号转换成模拟信号,这样老式电视
就可以收看digital的电视了.
因为从2009年2月17号,全美国的电视信号全部换成digital格式,所以使用天线接收信号
的non digital TV将面临收不到信号的问题.解决的办法就是购买一个转换器(digital
converter box, DCB).这个box大概售价在40-80美元左右.美国联邦政府提供补贴,提供
每家用户两张面值$40的购物卷(Coupon).一般在廉价百货商场, 比如Wal Mart,能够买
到$40-$50的DCB. 使用DCB以后,一般每个频道可以多看几个分频道,例如30频道会有30-
1,30-2, 30-3等等.
请注意,电缆电视(Cable TV),卫星电视(Satellite TV)用户,不会受到信号改制式的影
响.

Just get parts from dealer.
First, unscrew the screw if the old broken part is still there.
You can use screwdriver plus hammer to knock the screw loose then
hand-unscrew it.

是啊，有些现象是解释不了的。还是小心为妙。
我还是决定联合其他户主，看能否把这东西弄走。最为麻烦的就是好多户主不住这。
谁有好的建议，来说服户主及HOA？现在我只想到两点：
1. 搜集、罗列一些有关antenna对身体有害的报道及研究
2. 说antenna在楼上会使unit贬值：卖的时候找不到好买主、租的时候没人愿意租（这
个数据不好弄，我也不知道这栋楼的租房现状）
还有什么不利没？

该是AT&T之类的 wireless antenna 。前面两年还好，最近一年多GF坚持认为它的信号
加强了，它的microwave辐射影响人体健康，坚持要把房子卖了，另外到别处买房或租
房 。。。我觉得买/卖房和搬家是件挺麻烦的事，而且经济上损失也不小，两人为此起
了很多争执，很伤感情。
