Federal prosecutors in Philadelphia said on Wednesday that they had indicted
five people, including two research scientists, on charges of stealing
trade secrets about drugs to treat cancer and other diseases from

顺便说帮我看看 Rubeola(风疹)，mumps(腮腺炎). 刚在网上看到test results（医生
还没跟我联系）：
我大概知道hepa B antigen NON reac意思是没有乙肝，那hepa B antibody reactive
是说我乙肝疫苗还有效吗？ 那怎么standard是NON 呢？
Rubeola, Rubella, Mumps 都阳性，标准却是阴性，意味着什么呢? 是小时候得过这两
个病，产生了抗体?
最终来说，基于上述结果，我现在有什么需要去做的吗？多谢

上大学新生入学体检的时候第一次检查出来，众目睽睽下几个肝感觉阳性的同学给点名
，被校医区别对待了，甚
至游泳卡也过了好久才拿到。。。当时只觉得无地自容，感觉被歧视了。
//幸好后来好像没有再这么被当众羞辱过。出国的体检，工作以后每年的体检都没有很
多废话。
后来我自己一直很注意这个方面的话题。得知我父亲年轻的时候得过乙肝，家里的孩子
成为乙肝病毒携带者也是
十有八九的事。虽然医学上说这个病毒携带是不可治愈也不可逆转的，还是相信民间偏
方吃了不少中药。小三阳
还是小三阳，姐姐是大三阳的，据说一度变成小三阳，现在不知道。因为美国好像没有
大小三阳的说法。
一直风平浪静的直到怀孕。第一trimester血结果出来以后，产科医生似乎有点紧张。
然后州政府的health
department给我打电话，说要把我登记在案。让我LG去打肝炎预防针，说小孩出生的几
个小时内得打第一针预防

不管是用 raman，还是很Fluorescence，还是其他的
基本原理都是用antibody 识别analyte，然后 antibody 本身连一个信号reporter（或
者上第二个antibody，上面连reporter），
可以是这里的raman，也可以是酶催化的荧光，还可以是ECL，等等
因为antibody 跟antigen 是特异性结合，所以有antigen在，才有antibody，有
antibody 就有reporter的信号，而且这个信号说不准还是放大了几千几万倍，这样灵
敏度才高。 |
