the rejection of kidney in the transplantation. The number is not an issue

上大学新生入学体检的时候第一次检查出来，众目睽睽下几个肝感觉阳性的同学给点名
，被校医区别对待了，甚

发帖数: 1481 | 27 我公司一个同事，最近被派去东南亚出差，HR提醒他去打乙肝疫苗。他以前打过，但是快
10年了，不知道还有没有效，就跑去抽血检查。
然后报告出来，只检查了两项，HBs Antigen 是non-reactive， HBs antibody 是
reactive 676 mlu/ml。医生解释说表明抗体正常有效，不用再打。因为这个同事去之
前问过我，我跟他说乙肝有5项，好像挺复杂。他就问医生为什么只有两项，医生说先
查这两项，如果HBs Antigen是non-reactive，就不用查别的了，只有HBs Antigen是
reactive，才表示有问题，需要进一步检查别的。
我想问问，这个解释对么？怎么国内的时候一查乙肝就都是两对半一起查了。而且我看
见有些网站上列出来的5项指标的阳性阴性排列组合一大堆，其中也包括一些HBs
antigen是阴性但其他的是阳性。谁比较明白的来说说？ |

concentration of free antigen before adding the mixture to the plate
coated w/ antigen.
However, since the antibody-antigen interaction
is quite strong, what if the antibody bound to free antigen don't have
enough time to fall off (to reach new equilibrium)? On the other end,
if enough time is given, then why would it matter to preincubate?
as the final result should be the same new equilibrium any way.

果surface antigen成功转阴，那就不是携带者了。但是她是感染过（从她的core

我是坚决反对warmer加热母乳的。
母乳最大的优点有2个。第一是抗体，第二才是好吸收。营养成分，配方奶不比母乳差-
人家配嘛。
但那个warmer很ws。在label上说对fomula和breast milk营养是安全的。没错。但更重
要的抗体呢？杀死好多了。warmer就回避了。
warmer用蒸汽加热。温度想当高。这么高的温度不怎么破坏营养-咱们大人还用100度加
热食品呢。但抗体温度稍微高点就死了。
所以我们家都是温水加热。要换1-2次水，但为了孩子，值。

wiki的说法是：
The Rh blood group system is one of the currently 30 human blood group
systems. It is the clinically most important blood group system after ABO.
The Rh blood group system currently consists of 50 defined blood group
antigens among which the 5 antigens D, C, c, E, and e are the most important
ones. The commonly used terms Rh factor, Rh positive and Rh negative refer
to the D antigen only.

tissue where immune cells cannot reach. It must be some embryonic antigen,
testis antigen etc. expressed in IPS. |
