trading stamps, antiques, WoW gold, Linden dollar etc..., since these can
all be investments.
Btw, there is little difference between "linden dollars" and "bitcoin" in
terms of exchange and use, they are both actively being traded for real
currency, they can both be used to buy real goods if the other party accepts

1. lender won't let coverage amt be < mtg amt
2. ins carrier won't let coverage amt be < replacement cost--in case prop
gets burned down, ins carrier has to pay out enough to rebuild it.
as long as these 2 conditions are met, your coverage can go as low as you
want. but also depends on what you're insuring incld personal prop. e.g.
jewelry, antique, collectables, etc. |

是说搬进去前不想更新。整个房子维护得不错。我们比较喜欢的是感觉房子用的是真材
实料，比如门，感觉都是实木的。
只是一楼保留了最初的设计，起居室，餐厅，厨房都很大。 然后起居室有一个
inglenook fireplace, 大概就是一个壁炉，被围起来的样子，两边有benches, 设计来
给一家人围坐的。
不知道是不是应该把这个拆掉，还是拆掉会破坏房子的价值？ |

4 br足够用了， 其中１－２个br可以改成功能室， 或者厨房 dining那里自己做个
小改动。
有地下室吗？
其实房子那么大， 能用的屋子不多， 尤其卧室， 凑合就行了。
两个厅的大小配置是豪不豪的主要标杆了。 |

一口， 包括老红砖， 老砖墙皮， 都有习好者。
像东北区这种老区， 觉得比新宅好卖， 和环境配合好， 显得有底蕴。

$20K了。 几套硬木家具墙饰， 也得$20K. 窗户窗帘吊灯沙发， $10K+.
楼梯， 10K+. 相应的厨房厕所按这个规格， 也得$50K左右。
七零八落算一算， １０多万了。
