：那个法官认为三星侵犯了苹果专利，但是苹果需要证明其专利有效（“VALID”）。

a monopoly corporation, exempted from the antitrust law (this is the biggest
problem).
If MLB is not a monopoly system, simply any one can build the team in New York
and from the market-size of New York, easily 4 or 5 teams can compete there.

a team will violate something in the internal agreement. And that will
almost certainly open the whole thing to an antitrust suit, which I'm not

需要 internet，尤其是前不久 internet neutrality， cable 公司赢了，时间有这么
巧合的？ 一个月以后2大公司就要 “合并”

由于前一方面， Comcast需要增加流量cap， upgrade infrastructure 是非常花钱的
， 当年SOny搞 quest游戏， 要增加server， 曾加流量，为了铺管 把5号公路挖缺个
口。。。这些钱哪里来， 从所有的content company 包括 over the top 的
