法官的立场和倾向性会非常明显的体现出来，进而影响整个社会。看看两党对美国最高

2016年保守派大法官Antonin Scalia去世后，奥巴急于任命一个自由派大法官。硬是被
共和党掌控的参议院生生阻止，拖到特朗普上台。特朗普上台后立马任命了保守派Neil

令。川普愤怒回应说，将和反对方“法庭见”。下一步，川普政府可能促请最高法院裁
决。
上诉法院裁决 支持暂停移民令
上诉法院由3名法官组成的小组9日一致驳回了政府的请求，拒绝立即恢复移民限制令，
而决定维持西雅图联邦法官罗巴特（James Robart）暂缓执行的裁决。
上诉法院认定，政府没有提交“任何证据”证明，移民限制令所涉7国对美国构成了足
够的国安威胁。
上诉法院的裁决说：“尽管在移民和国家安全方面，法院对总统的政策决定欠缺相当大
的尊重，但毫无疑问，联邦司法机构保留对行政行动宪法挑战进行裁决的权力。”
裁决结果意味着，此前来自7个穆斯林国家、被禁入境的难民和公民，可继续进入美国
