Based on what I have heard, the amount of time between the PM's informal
notification and the official award is highly variable, ranging from weeks
to months, since it depends on several factors. I have not heard of cases
where an award was not made after the PM's decision. Although you are
anxious, you should probably calm down and wait it out. |

从你最近的帖子看你好像有点overly anxious了，尽量去做到最好就好了。有的
时候过于紧张反而会影响教学。我自己 tenure前很少above average, 甚至有时
很惨（当然也有很好的时候），tenure 后却基本above average, 我觉得跟自己
的心态放松，自信，有很大关系。当然教学这东东，只要用心，随着经验积累
多了，总会越来越好的。 |
