difference.
-- Vanguard and Fidelity are different brokers, both of them are good at
mutual fund investment as they issue they own mutual funds with good long
term (from 1 yr to 10+ yrs) performance (but not all of their mutual funds
are good, you have to do your own research)
Just saw vanguard name because my 401k has vanguard money

前段时间愁啊，圣诞期间回国机票几乎被掏干净了，不管是AA的和CO的，经济舱、商务
舱和头等舱都快没了(如果愿意出double里程买anytime的里程票那就另说...)
自己琢磨着琢磨着，就想出了个办法，找日本人就好～
昨天买了个12月下旬飞东京的，25K AA里程就搞到了直飞东京的机票；只要飞过了太平
洋，回国内方法就多了，再花一两万的里程国内挑个城市基本没问题；而且还有个好处
，东京还能直飞国内其他的一些省会城市，比如杭州成都之类，不必再去上海北京中转
；而且这样做还可以把不同联盟的航线结合起来，比如用AA从米国飞日本，再用CO从日
本飞中国，这样选择就多了很多，等于你用上了星空和寰宇两个联盟的系统。
最后么，就是还可以去东京玩一圈...

发帖数: 296 | 22 带着2.2个月及2个月的娃游园归来，发个游记，供带小娃出门的娘们参考。是我们半天
多的行程，基本上见到了所有熟悉的卡通人物，闺女认识的也不是足够多，所以满足极
了。大人为了减少等待时间，也是各种折返跑的拿fp，买吃的，实在累的一塌糊涂。有
几点经验和大家分享：
1、早出门、早结束。孩子精神好，玩的更开心。
2、fp一定要拿，真是幸福飘飘然。
3、提前做攻略，门口拿地图，圈出有兴趣的项目，这样找起来快捷。
4、门票可以找代理，我们买的虽然不是最便宜，70刀/人，州外游客来说已经很满足了。
5、photopass不要白不要，每个地方都会有专人给你照相，然后给你一个卡片即
phtopass。回到家里网上登陆就可以看到孩子的照片。当然购买起来比较贵14.99/张。
但是不需要花费就可以再fb或者邮寄链接给朋友家人看照片，也是很好的啊。我猥琐的
截图保留了若干张，虽然不能洗出来那么清楚，但是也算做留念。
6、为了让闺女认识更多的卡通人物，提前一个月各种书籍、动画片恶补，结果真是拍
上用场

回答" Yes, you can".
然后事隔一个月, 发现信用卡被连续charge两回, 每回78$. 打电话去询问,
说是一订就要订4年, 而且有non-cancellation policy.
然后我打电话去Amex, 说, 我被骗了, 他们告诉我可以任何时候cancel,
现在却说有non cancellation policy, 不肯退钱. 我要dispute. 结果,
Amex把我放在"no-knowladge based dispute", 也就是说我不知道谁charge
我的. 然后公司回信说, 他们征求过我的同意, 而且说明了有non-cancellation
policy, 所有这些都有电话录音, 必要时可以出示.
Amex回答我说, 既然我知道, 就不能dispute.
我继续联系公司, 要求出示电话录音. 我说我100% sure我问过两遍, 回答是
我可以cancell at anytime. 而且我100%sure电话里没有说明non-cancellation |

Yes, you can submit EB1 or NIW 140 anytime; while PERM 140 must after
PERM approval. 485 anytime even together with 140 if EB1, while
NIW/PERM, wait till pd current.
Here's a grey area. Safe bet is still keep H1B status and use it in/out
of this country
3. If 140 approved, you can keep your pd no matter before/after 180
days. Even if the employer repeals, as long as there's no fraud, it's
ok. However, if changing job after 180 days, you don't need to bother
