没看到年份但是式样就是几十年前的。没有坏。这可以在inspection 后要求降价吗？
（洗碗机当然也非常非常老，但是我不用。）主要是冰箱和炉子基本进去就得换。
其实之前看的时候也发现了，但是每次跟agent 说“这个有多老？可以问seller吗？
”agent 就说这是小事，换也顶多加起来一千，你要考虑的不是这个，或者说seller
也不会知道（seller 是2008年买的）。因为还能用，最后还价的时候也没有把要换的
1000 算进去。现在还可以要求降吗？还是说可以提，但是seller 没有义务为此降价？
现在知道了是这么老的appliance, 没有理由不换啊。一千是不算很多，但也可以买两
个大电视了....
之前同事的一个case, 好像是inspection report 上写了，it may fail at any time
. 然后他们要求seller 换，seller没答应，也就这样了。。。。 |

用。除了appliance 老旧之外，其他还有的就是一些小问题；按agent的说法就是找个
handyman 来很容易解决，或者换一个也没多少钱（几十块）。最贵的就是换电器了。 |

更加不在话下了。
用 GC，coupon
如果是 sears，还可以考虑加入它的shopyourway之类，有的时候coupon 超级好，比如
买一件appliance 给相当于$100的 shopyourway points之类。
还可以考虑各种shopping portal--如果 online order的话，有的时候 返点 相当高， |
