Is it OK to file an EAD application before I leave US and then leave the
country while the application is pending?

again for my application(EAD), today My 485 was approved with denial of my
765.
For me, the SR probably works for I485. I got 48 approved at exactly 4
months.
But my husband did not receive it, he only got 765 approved, strang.
Good luck for everybody waiting for 485.

and not required for the application form. But the lawyer needs your
permission to submit the application. I did it several years ago and things
might have changed now. It will be safer if you directly ask your lawyer

have F1 status. This may cause some unexpected trouble. You may want to
withdraw F1->H4 case while filing F1->H1B.
If F1->H1B is approved before the new filing, there should be no problem to
do H4->H1B. |

Just do SWA wage request and posting, then two Sunday newspaper ad, then lie
about the other 3 efforts, ignore all applicants, wait 60 days and then
file online. As long as there is no audit, and no spy or planted anti-PERM
fake applicant, PERM may actually be approved. |

Does this indicate the main applicant's case is considered in EB3 category?
Or the main applicant has to call to confirm if 485 is not mistakenly
considered in EB2 category (not current for EB2 but current for EB3)?
