I could not find the PMCIDs for the following pulications. Can anybody tell

to apply for it, only faculties in USA can apply for it.
If you are not assistant professor, you need to lie you are an adjunct
professor, I know somebody do like this way.

get another ITIN#, with which u can get your driver license and
open your own bank account. Just go to the international office
at your spouse's univeristy and told them you need a driver
license, then they will apply the ITIN for you.
The process is similar with applying SSN.
You can even have your own credit card with the ITIN number. |

My wife wants to apply for an ITIN, and we filled a w-7 form, sent it with
our passports and visas' copies.
But IRS rejected her application.
We went to Bank just now, and tried to open a savings account and used this
method to apply for ITIN. But bank teller said they could only fill W-8 BEN
form, not W-9. So it seems we still can not get ITIN this way.
Please tell us how can my wife get an ITIN.

=>File as married jointly as Resident alien using the first year choice.
It looks like the process is :
1. Apply for ITIN for H4 now (W-7)
2. Also apply for extension. (4868 and also 1040)
3. after 06/02/2012, file as married jointly Resident using 1040.

application. It is little bit against my intuition. Here is her
explanation:

to apply GC for parents while they are in China, as I-130 and 485 cannot be
filed together and there is usually a waiting period of a few months after
filing I-130 before moving to next step. My question is would my parents
still be able to apply for B1/B2 visa during the application period? If so,
does it have to be before 485 submission or no restrictions at all?

PERM this year.
I told him based on current Priority date schedule, he probably needs to
wait for another 4-5 years if his PD date is in Nov 2010. He asked if his
son can apply I-485 with him as dependent a few years' later. His concern is
that his son is already 18 year's old this year...
Do you all know his son has to be younger than 21 to be qualified as
dependant?

not stable, if I jump, the I140 will be revoked, so I can not extend H1B
I want to do following step, please give me some advise if it is working
plan
1. apply another part time H1B with my friend company, so I140 wil not be
revoked
2. apply GC by using that part time H1B, so I will have two EB2 PERM that
time
3. using new I140 to renew or extend H1B

her apply for EB1 green card starting this October. The university will
cover all expenses.
Her husband actually had applied EB2 and the PD is 01/2008 and possibly he
can file I485 this September.
So the question is whether my friend should file EB1 this October. Is it
legal to file two different green card applications, maybe file two I485 at
the same time? |

important, i dont manage budget. Anyone has any experience getting GC thru
eb1c with L1B visa? Any suggestion how to make it happen? ---> btw, does the
