Hi, my wife and I are in AOS (employment based) and I’m the principle
applicant. My wife got an offer from a company, which can sponsor her H1b. I
know practically she doesn’t need H1b because she can use the EAD. However,
I’m facing a potential lay-off now, so we prefer she goes to apply her own
H1b. I’ve talked to a lawyer |

you'd better firstly choose some targets and then go to their websites
for details
if you wanna apply for scholarships, the time is normally before every april
(Oct-Apr). if not, virtually you may apply at any time.
studying in physics, you may find Cambridge, Imperial College, Warwick,
Southampton, Oxford, Edinburgh, York, Leeds are several decent choices. |

through a British Consulate in San Francisco or I have to use services such

immigration office web site only suggests services such as above. Do I need
any biometrics? It seems that the process is very complicated. |

phone, no email to notice me to pick it up. Try to call them, no one answer.
They did not let me provide any prepaid envelope.

due to the concerns over a speedy, US$18-million award to Lynda Chin's
Applied Cancer Science Institute.
There will probably be class action lawsuits against DePinho and his company

都是AD.
UIC: 现在住在芝加哥，所以到UIC 不用另外租房子，第二个学期想拿点钱，是不是UIC
一般开始不会给，以后也很难找到点钱。（我还没有绿卡）
而且都说UIC 是中印大学。而且他家AD 给的是2008年春季的。
BGSU: Applied Statistics 是不是出来起点会比会计高一点，以后可以考精算师，而
且听说BGSU 给钱比较大方，第二个学期申请到Assistantship的机会比
较大， 并且是给今年秋季的入学，不用再等半年。
但是缺点是可能地点上有偏，而且要在那里另外租房子这又是一笔花费，
还有就是不知道应用统计是不是很难学， 要求数学比较高，我以前是学 管理
这类的

Contact ERAS about the process of applying for "immediately vacant PGY-2
positions". Or you may use ERAS to apply for a 2011 PGY-2 position that participated in NRMP match.

you graduated more than 10yrs. If you are more fresh, less than 100 is OK,
and even some university programs may give you a chance. However, community
programs are still our major target.
You may not need to apply more than 100 for a second specialty. Remember,
dual specialty application means double your workload accordingly. |

cycle.(I heard this is a choice for GC holder)

schedule A, and you don't need labor certificate. You can file 140/485 right
away concurrently, why bother to consider NIW or other normal EB types |
