perspective. But fast inflation can be much more dangerous and damaging than
appreciation to domestic economy, and it can be hard to wind down when this

Vancancy Allowance - insurance - property tax - mortgage - PMI (if LTV > 80%)
bottomline 就是cash flow >= 0
这是做投资房的第一个要素要参考的，决定了你入场的一瞬间是就能有利润
第二个要素就是appreciation，在保证了cash flow为正的情况下，可以去追求高

很多老人家说，当年给10％小费就很不错了，等我十年前来美国的时候，被教育给15％
。这十年来我每次都给15％，除非特别的情况，自己觉得已经很大方了，可是现在又有
人说晚餐要给20％……
我尊重每一个劳动者的劳动，但是难道若干年来，餐馆服务生的劳动，相比后台大师傅
的劳动，变得更值钱了？我更相信是服务生贪得无厌，索要无度，再加上用餐顾客好面
子的结果。
以后我要恢复古风（其实也不算多古，就20年前吧），每餐只给10％小费，除非特殊情
况。

foxnews也报道有上千人。至于真正有多少电视镜头和相机都不一定能正确反
映。我觉得这个accusation仅凭一张照片无法支持。
另外关于gun appreciation day的报道还是有的，恐怕你没看到而已。记
得在cnn上看到过一个是关于这个gun appreciation day辩论的，另外一
个是在gun appreciation day的gun show上枪走火伤人，两个都是视频。
npr对这个活动ms也有相关的报道(隐约有印象看到过标题，具体内容没有读)。 |

公主，你那个帖子说的虽然都是实话，但是你的确不了解有娃父母的难处。的确是，有

你很爱你老公啊？至少从你的文字读不出来。在现实生活中你是一个善于表达爱意的人
吗？男人都有一种保护欲与责任感。当女人懂得去适时的appreciate的时候，这种良性
的家庭气氛就会使男人的这些特质进一步增强。感觉你跟你老公之间的这种良性循环并
没有建立起来。而狮子女或真或假的悲惨经历，使得男人的保护欲有了施展的另一个空
间。而狮子女积极的反馈频繁的联络，给了你男人被压抑十年独自养家的付出被
appreciate的渴望一个迎合的出口。于是狮子女和你老公之间，反而建立起了这样一个
你老公自己也不知道为什么就越陷越深的循环。他们并不想破坏家庭，但是对这种关系
却像毒品一样撒不开手。因为这种自己的努力被人appreciate的欲望如此真实，就像无
性的婚姻一样难熬。
而更可怕的是更进一层的，站在你老公的角度，自己一个人幸苦工作养家近十年，自家
的老婆还那么多抱怨唠叨；而这个狮子女，作为一个女人，而不是男人，却要独自承担
辛苦养家的经济重担，自家的老公还会打骂她。对这样的女人，你老公怎么不会三分的

Appreciate是＂深深欣赏，或深深感激"的意思
做“感激”意思用，后边直接加宾语，得是这个宾语，做了一个特别大的ｆａｖｏｒ给
你。
比如帮了你大忙，或者给你个大礼物。
作欣赏的意思用，是你觉得这个东西价值很大
字典里解释是“to value or regard highly; place a high estimate on”
比如to appreciate a good wine; to appreciate his hard working/Shakespeare |
