现在住的地方fedex和ups都送到家门口的porch，我只要把东西拉进门、该寄件时贴上
标签推出门让fedex来收
新城市的apt complex设计感觉fedex ups应该只能把东西送到在主要大门外？没有住过
这种complex，所以不清楚fedex ups会不会帮忙搬到公寓门前.....
假设fedex ups只会送到大楼门口，大楼门口到公寓门口还是需要自己搬，因为东西很
重，目前想到的几个办法是：
1. ups mail box: 但是因为都是fedex寄出，所以还是要把东西搬上车、载到fedex寄出
2. fedex hold mail: 只能暂存五天，通常inventory寄出会超过五天，还是要搬回家
、载到fedex寄出
请问有没有更好的方法？ |

儿有间空房,是个townhouse,结果搬进去才发现这房子超级热,窗户上可以煮熟鸡蛋了,
到了11月份又特别冷,正好那时有空余的apt,于是我们就换了apt,当时拿锁匙时,我们和
office来看过房子,我发现屋顶上有大片水渍,于是告诉office的人,他们说找工人来修,
结果工人说没找到原因,估计是旧水渍,于是我们搬进来了.
结果,这房子有很多问题,暖气也是坏的,根本就上不来,工人过来修,换了东西,接下来的
问题更多,屋顶上的水渍我发现越来越大,只有又叫工人来修,经过几次,工人终于找到原
因,屋顶里有水管破了,结果工人掀掉了屋顶的一角来修,家里弄脏自然不用说,结果修好
后,屋顶上有个大窟窿,又过了几天,又有人过来修屋顶,弄了整整4天,天天早上8点多就
过来修,最后一天喷涂料,虽然他们用东西隔开,但家具上还是有些脏,地毯上弄得更脏,
结果工人在我的催促下,找来了洗地毯的,将客厅地毯洗了一遍,这件事就这样完结了.但
我心里很不舒服.

春天卖了去住APT，另一个没孩子的说，房市也涨不

后来房顶，地毯都是水，住了大概3天以后搬到另外一个unit.
当然这3天根本没法在里面住，除湿器全天开着，外人也进进出出的。
apt office给了3天的credit，另外换apt不需要打扫原来的unit。
如果不是发水的原因换unit是需要交清洁费。
所谓补偿就是3天的房租了，我们没有其他物品损失的情况下，不知道你要什么样的补
偿。发水以后还住在里面是自己找罪受，为什么不高高兴兴赶紧搬走？ |

天了。朝阳的apt有阳光但是搞不好月子里要开空调不然就是会非常热；我们问过 朝
北的apt室内温度能低不少，开空调时间可以少一些，但是孩子大人晒不着太阳。
对于产妇和月科小孩来说，哪个好呢，有阳光的吹空调；不吹空调的没阳光？ |
