Apt 在H-mart韩国超市附近，1B1B，由于我最近好穷啊实在穷的不行了，招一个厅长，
本来房租是$729/月，要是租下了客厅，租金就是$300/月，此apt包水，有cable可以看
电视，我们共同负担网费电费洗衣机费，一起加加总共每月付$360吧。
客厅比较大，我提供沙发床，拆开就是一个full size大小，睡的满舒服。其他桌椅厨
房用具什么的都有，可以直接拎包入住，同时还会有在客厅的一个closet。
如果想住卧室，我也不介意，咱俩就换换呗，不光是为了省点房租，主要是1个人住挺
无聊的。。。。此房子12月底到期，如果想继续住可以续租，小区非常不错，停车位巨
多，有游泳池，spa池子，维修人员随叫随到，邻居安静不惹事，房子隔音效果很好，
房子本身很新。
男女不限，希望整洁干净，做饭比较少。
想租的话价钱可以商量（250~300）。。但是网费电费洗衣机费最好是公摊。

是9x17 sqft, 房租是848， utitlies全包，而且有免费的laundry room。

父母将要来美国逗留4个月，我自己现在租的是1B1B，是不是必须一定要通知manager，
并且把父母的信息加到leasing contract里去，怕房东要涨租金啊。。。因为我看有的
人父母来探亲的时候住在子女租的apt里也没告诉manager，特别是比较大型的apt，人
进进出出本来就多，当然我也知道这个是case by case的事情。

如果不能，就要通知经理，要求把父母名字加入。
如果经理不同意，因为overcrowd，
你就只好申请换个2b的apt。在同个公司底下，因为人口
变动，换apt，一般不算break lease，而且，大部分
经理都会协助的。
如果你不通知经理，结果被发现，就要被罚。那就认赌服输。
如果不服，要闹，结果只有自求多福了。 |
