Melbourne－Great Ocean Road－Melbourne
大洋路Great Ocean Road之旅，是墨尔本的必到之旅吧。行前最早是打算自驾的，后来
因为时间较紧，同时也担心在塔斯马尼亚开了太多天的车人会很疲累，所以最后决定还
是选择跟团。
现在看来这个决定太正确了。因为经过一个多星期的持续驰骋，不要说两位司机的辛苦
，光是我这个GPS，都有点神情恍惚功能大大倒退了，呵呵。。。所以如果再开去大洋
路，估计全体人民群众都得累趴下。。。跟团的好处之一就是司机开车，旅客可以睡觉
。而这一路确实不短，所以路上很多时间我们都在睡觉，到了景点才下车――这就是典
型的跟团游吧，哈哈～～
我们选择的是一家网路评价不错的Go West旅行社的大洋路一日团，感觉这家旅行社的
水准还不错，至少以我这个行内人的眼光来看，这105澳元的团费实在算是物超所值了。
一路上该看的几个重要景点都看到了，十二使徒Twelve Apostles、‘阿德湖’号峡
Loch Ard Gorge、伦敦桥London Bridge，除此以外，还特别带我们去近距离接触野生

房地产界有句名言，就叫做Location, Location & Location。也就是在所有因素中，
最最重要的因素就是房子的地点。这一次房市寒潮，Fremont几乎所有地区都呈现成交
量萎缩价格下降的情形，唯独Mission San Jose的房子依然火爆，就再一次地证明了这
个颠扑不破前人总结下来的原理。
那么从地点上来看，Fremont相比其他城市有何优势呢？俺老人家从下面三个方面来总
结一下。
（一） 学区
相对来说，Fremont整体上学区并不差，与湾区其他城市比较，至少是中上水平。前面
提到过Fremont有五个小Town组成，有趣的是今天的Fremont联合学区也由5个高中学区
组成，每个高中下面各有一个初中和4到6个小学。这5个高中差别很大。
