Springs (Warm Springs学区), Fremont (Parkmont学区), Union City (American
High学区) 都是tradeoff (逐渐离City近一点，离SJ远一点)。主要是这几个区
arguably学区都比131好。感觉131主要还是会serve两个人工作都在附近的，或者一个
在附近，另一个flexible的人。当然这批人本来就是不少的，所以131虽然没有学区，
也不少中国人住，而且也没有很便宜。
Warm Springs BART到131再转Shuttle跟自己开车差别很大，因为早上880往南那一段
是整个湾区最堵的路之一。
