Energy is wasted in
- Producing and recycling batteries
- Electricity transmission
- As you said, electricity generation
Coupled with a limited improvement in MPG, hybrid would probably not save
much against a small diesel car, but it would be much better than a huge V8.

let's imagine an extreme scenario, a bike without any indicator stopped in
the middle of the road, hit by the car. Whose fault is it?
I guess you can easily say that's the bike's responsibility because the car
cannot see it at night.
However, the bike would not be stupid enough to stop in the middle of the
road while not leaving other signals for incoming cars.

The reason they choose treasury bond as a major source for the bond
component is not to seek for return from bond. They are after stability/
protection. When they take on extra risk for return, they take it from
stocks.
It's quite a matter of personal style and risk appetite. I know you prefer
individual bonds over stocks. I get your point and am not trying to convince

Airbnb was recently hit with a lawsuit after a couple who were renting an
apartment in Irvine, California discovered that the owner had placed a
hidden video camera – with a wide-angle lens, no less – behind a bookshelf
in the living room. As if that weren’t frightening enough, the video
camera was allegedly quite advanced; not only was it able to pick up both
audio and video, but it was also configured to be controlled remotely.
