公司比较有潜力。没问题了吧？本来我也是这么想的。曾以为可以毫不犹豫地接受它家
的offer. 等package下来，发现工资很低(100k-120k)，虽然stock option 看起来还比
较吸引人.更大的问题是，两天后又拿到另一个。公司已经IPO了。可单纯从短期收入来
看，有非常大的提高（140k base + aroun的 40K value RSU per year) 。做的东西也
比较有兴趣。
去哪家呢？Startup 会很忙。Vacation的天数都是on demond.按我的理解，没事您就别
休了。我的感觉人们周末和晚上也都在加班。接触到的人都很脑子转的很快。一个优点
是有可能过几年可以靠stock option发笔小财。可它家在两年内也不准备IPO.
较成熟的公司：相当压力会小些。work life 平衡会比较好。发财指望不大，但拿到手
里的钱较多。缺点：公司稍微有点大（~2k人）公司发展空间不大。
哎，基本是难以入眠。选择实在是很痛苦地。大家一般怎么想？ |

在感恩节的傍晚，颠覆！
得知伊州中部abjstroller,30-40 F 的天狂上100条crappie ，羡慕无比，简直要疯了
。感恩节当天，按捺不住，突袭湖边，小钓，怡情，不足一小时，终颠覆传统。
天将黑，独钓水边，寒风，发抖，瑟瑟发抖。用活小鱼，靠近岸边一连上四条，还有两
条跑了。
鱼线都已结冰，竿上第一个线圈也附上一圈冰，非常不好甩，但只要甩出距岸边5-6 ft
，颤抖的手，带动鱼竿、鱼线一起抖，抖，抖，抖，不出一分钟就上鱼。
中间除冰，解线浪费宝贵光阴，要不更多。最后天完全黑，看不见bobber了，干脆去之
，挂个真的小鱼jigging, 照样上一条！还是今天最大的那一条。后来，线上的冰实在
结得太快，再已无法甩出，撤。
回家，火锅飘香，啤酒，刷羊肉，不吃火鸡，和妇女儿童，还有八弟，过了一个中国式
感恩节。
饭后放狗，说crappie 在深秋初冬也产卵，可爱皮产卵时有聚众、靠岸习性，大概我赶
上这个时间段了。天冷到<50 F以来，几乎上的都是white crappie, 我最喜欢的
