Kidd Arrested On DWI Charge

Jason Kidd was arrested on Sunday morning on an alleged drunk driving charge
, according to police in Southampton.
Kidd was arraigned on a misdemeanor DWI charge on Sunday morning in
Southampton Town Justice Court and released on his own recognizance.
Kidd officially signed a three-year, $9.5 million deal with the Knicks on
Thursday.

FRISCO -- Dallas Cowboy Joseph Randle was arrested over the holiday weekend
for shoplifting.
Frisco police say the running back was arrested at Dillard's inside the
Stone Briar Mall Monday.
He has been charged with a Class B Misdemeanor of theft, ranging from $50 to
$500.
Randle was booked into the Frisco City Jail and has since posted bond. |

14 trouncing of the Bears. The 16 arrests were a season-high, doubling the
previous high of eight set at the New York Jets game on Sept. 14. The season
high for ejections, 44, also was set at the Jets game.

be punished - I never said he should be.
Should Gursky be punished? I don't know. I think there are good arguments on
both sides. He was trying to do a good deed, but did it in a manner that
can be misconstrued and terrifying.
The simple point is that the pro-gun news source tries to mislead people
into thinking Gursky was arrested for being ignorant of open-carry laws.

bank teller that he saw a gun in the the bank?
PS you came in late, so let me bring you up to speed - we have already

with marijuana possession for the second time this year.
A Gainesville police report says an officer spotted the 22-year-old sitting
in a parked car, smoking what the officer later found to be a marijuana
cigar.
He was charged early Saturday with possession of marijuana less than 20
grams, a misdemeanor. He was released after signing a notice to appear in

the police lockup Thursday night after she was arrested for cyber bullying a
classmate by allegedly posting harassing messages on the other girl's
