A lot of things are legal but goes against common sense. Just because those
things are legal doesn't mean it's a good idea to do them.
Again, I don't have the time to re-educate you on what's common sense. If
you think open carry in a bank is a good idea, the best proof would be to do
it yourself.

My point: 1, There is nothing wrong with a guy seeing an open carry gun in a

teller a note saying "Gun." The teller thought he was robbing the bank, and
called police.
Very dumb on Gursky's part. And an important piece of fact conveniently left
out by a pro-gun news source so to make it seem that he was arrested for
not knowing open carry laws. And for those who insist open carrying in a
bank is a good idea. I strongly advise you to lead by example. |
