说说我的经历在WA。
本人喝酒容易上脸，喝一杯跟一瓶脸一样烧。那天晚上喝了一瓶啤酒赶着回家，路上左
转没打灯，PULL OVER。条子看我脸红，下车做金鸡，走直线。当时天冷腿在抖，条子
说让吹，但同时说明你有权利拒绝。虽然只喝了一瓶，但心里对0.08没数，加上不知道
条子的随身仪器准不准。拒绝之，转身，上拷。
回条子馆所有物品清空，被带进小密室，询问是否要律师，拒绝。开始问一堆测试神志
是否清醒的问题，包括当时车速，当时从朋友家回家的路线，所有路名，路的南北指向
。还有其它基本常识测试，记不起了。
做完测试，说要到馆里的仪器做测试，那个仪器看上去专业很多。申请了去尿一泡。回
来告知可以拒绝，但马上吊销驾照90天并CHARGE DUI。没办法只好吹了，出来结果0.

标 题: 美警方公布gay姓名照片算违反人权吗？

在中国公厕抓到gay，最多拉派出所去批评教育一顿，罚点钱就完事了。美国警方怎么这么狠，把人家的姓名照片都公布了，这算不算违反人权啊？在公厕搞gay算是两厢情愿，最多是有伤风化罪，算misdemeanor吧，看这些gay里边还好几个有头有脸的人物，这不是把人一辈子都毁了么。gay们可否联络gay协会什么的控诉警方要求赔偿？
