第二次来本版了. 免得别人说的不厚道, 奔一张, 以后会经常来.
暑假前完全Out of shape, 这一个月买了个Ab wheel和个perfect push up, 感觉有些
动力了, 回复了一些力量.
本来准备结合长跑一起进行的, 后来公司Gym不给实习生用, 说是怕Liability, 只好作
罢.
晚了, 今天睡了, 有空跟大家交流健身经验.
再卖个关子, 带belt的原因是腹部还没练出packs, 等一出pack马上奔.
下个月目标: 一个月On diet, 以减脂为中心, 游泳, 跑步, 争取月底奔packs.

7月减脂第一天去游泳,
早早下班先跑30分钟步等4点游泳池开门直接进去, 就我跟一MM.
MM身材很均匀, 一看就是经常游泳, 但肩不宽, 属hot blonde型.
介于本人游泳本来就不好, 加上至少1年没下水, 先蛙了2圈.
MM一直不停自由泳, 我看看她, 也改自由, 可游了2圈感觉不对劲了, 我游一个来回,
MM可以游一个半.
其后一小时中, MM自由没有停过, 粗略数了一下mm可能游了有40个来回(25m池子).
我就郁闷了, 估计MM游5个来回, 我大概两个, 中间还要休息.
MM走之前给我一阳光微笑, 自己感觉咋那么无地自容涅?
后来问问上面救生员, 说MM以前是State 2nd place.
MM走后, 严重激励了我, 不停蛙+自由泳.
大约20分钟后, 只见一中国WSN在泳池一角抱着小腿直冒冷汗.
太久没运动, 抽筋了!
靠, 从今开始, 再不熬夜上网,
跑步游泳减脂才是王道! |
