如果全美所有州都立法ban assault weapon，那没有问题（其实也有问题,assault weapon到底是啥）
事实上这不可能,同理“痢脖肉理想的社会形态”也不会实现
这和“好人买不到枪，所以坏人也买不到枪”的逻辑漏洞一样
"因为芝加哥好人买不到枪，所以不会有德州的坏人来犯罪"

半自动的AR15和AK47不是所谓的"Assault Rifle"，这是禁枪者们偷换概念浑淆试听的
一个伎俩。真正的Assault Rifle是全自动的M16/AK47这类的军用枪支，民间现在不一
定能买到。虽然半自动版本和全自动外形类似，内部的东西可差了老远。
这种浅显的概念，不能指望禁枪的可以明白，但版上都是打枪的，这点区别还是应该加
以注意。 |

新得assault weapon定义，可换弹夹和hand guard只能有一个。通过得话AR－15就基本
out了。

这是两部奇特的电影，都有吊丝逆袭大破金融商业邪恶帝国的戏分，主题的冲击力很强
，但电影本身也都极具争议性，爱的人爱死，恨的人恨死。
（以下剧透）
Assault on Wall Street这个片子里，男主角干一份保安的工作，生活本来还过得下去
，被一个投资经理忽悠后，把一笔钱投在一个基金里。但因为金融危机，老婆病重最需
要钱的时候，那笔钱要不回来了，以致不治。然后他也丢了工作，房贷还不了了，被债
主银行赶出了家门。男主角家破人亡的当口，那投资经理虽然口口声声说他自己也遭受
惨重损失，有次却说到所谓的严重后果，是因为出国度假的计划取消，他老婆跟他发了
一通脾气。加上其他种种因素，显然金融危机里责任最重大的那些花街大忽悠，没有人
受到惩罚，受苦的全是底层这些无辜百姓，一时民怨沸腾。这男主角早年当兵时是个神
枪手，这时逼上梁山，重操枪杆子，跑到花街上大开杀戒，杀了无数人，从那投资经理
杀起，直到最后用计杀了大BOSS后安全脱身，扬长而去。这片子的争议之处在于，后半

AB两熟人因争用一个笔记本发生争夺，因为有小孩在旁边,A不想影响小孩关上门，窗户
，拉上窗帘.
过程A把B按倒地上但没攻击，B发狂用拳打击A,击中A鼻子，鼻梁肿起，鼻孔鲜血直流，
B为翻身起来不断攻击A,牙齿咬A，抓A头发，A不得不抓B头发,B痛放手不敢再抓A头发,A
也同时放手;B手爪扎入A肉，A双肩手上胸部清淤红肿，A不得不也手爪扎入B肉,B痛不敢
再扎A,A也同时放手.
旁边有瓦罐，B夺起盖子想砸A,A一把抢过扔到远处B够不着,B歇斯底里嚎叫,手脚拼力挣
扎出来攻击A，想藉此翻身，并气喘吁吁。过程B大喊怎么不大家站起来打一场。A只是
一直压着B防止对方继续攻击,过程并没主动攻击B.直到B没力气攻击，A才放开B让对方
站起。

看到很多都属于 Class 1 misdemeanor： assault and batter 解决起来相对容易。
但涉及到felonies，是否很难处理？如果检查官抓住警察口供里A承认先把B压倒在地，
即使B不合作，至少也是misdemeanor？

禁什么大容量弹夹也没用。不常练习，不参加射击训练班的根本不懂。除非全部禁枪，
shotgun和.38 revolvers（一般6发）几乎不可能出现在任何禁枪法案上。其实经常训
练的人，就是用19世纪的level action rifles和single action revolvers照样可以造
成极大伤亡。要记得历史第一起校园枪击，凶手是用一支普通栓动猎枪，最常见的
Remington 700，造成极大伤亡。 |

We’re still not sure what this guy was trying to prove with this stunt, as
his story has changed so many times it’s hard to keep track. If he was
trying to demonstrate how easy it was for a law-abiding citizen with no
criminal record to buy a weapon, then he did so. He also had to wait three
