system like analyst-associate-AVP-VP-D-MD. But Bear Stern does not have AVP,
so their VP is like AVP in other banks.
Some banks (UBS) and rating agencies (Fitch) use analyst-asso-AD-D-Senior D
etc. |

我个人不相信你见到的那个人能这么详细评论他的同事以后的职业发展 。。。。
一个 analyst 三年到 senior associate 很正常， 再往后 看公司的习惯了， 有的公
司给 title很水很随便， 但是 只要差不多，associate 3年到 VP 是很正常的， 无论
在哪里 |

typically analyst have college degrees or non MBA masters. assocates have
MBA or PHD when hired.
exactly. I don't think any one on wall street can possibly know where
himself would be in 3 years, not to mention his managers, colleagues,
subordinates. I v seen whole groups wiped out because the heads lost
political fights.

先做几年faculty再进投行，相比毕业就直接入行一步步从associate做起的， 是不是

起薪：9 - 11万（看location和运气）＋ 10%-20%的bonus
每年工资涨幅： 2 - 3%
从entry level到(senior) principal level (3到6年)涨5-8%， 再到Asso. Dir.
level(another 3到6年），涨8 - 10%.

起开始增加收费。但很多医院为保持盈利，给没有保险或不使用保险的病患巨额优惠，
医疗保险已变成食之无味弃之可惜的「鸡肋」。
旧金山湾区名叫David Belk的内科医师最近设立网站，让人们了解医院和保险公司
「背后那点事」。该名为truecostofhealthcare.org的网站列出很多鲜为人知的医疗成
本背后故事。Bell表示，普通的验血，医院列出的价目是782元，如果通过保险，还需
自付415元，但如果告知医院没有保险直接付现金，则仅需95元。
除医师检查之外，药品的价格差也非常大。Belk表示，由于专利问题，药品在专利期内
非常昂贵，通常100片药品卖给药店的价格要400元，而药店又在此基础上加价卖给患者
。但一旦过了专利保护期，药品的成本显著下降，100片药的进价只要一至十元，价格
下降了100倍，但药店却没有义务告知患者药价已下降，而有保险的患者依然在用保险
买药，不但支付自付部分，还以为保险公司也付了大量的钱。但实际上，患者自付部分
