现其中的astringent里有个小蚊子。。。。
上了图片，在瓶子底。还能看到翅膀的。。。

买。SPF30的比较实用，天天可以用。还有一款SPF15的居然也eligible，La Roche-
Posay Anthelios SX Daily Moisturizing Sunscreen with Mexoryl, 我买回来了，非
常轻薄，喜欢。
不过他家的东西比较贵。于是我都以他家FSA store为购买标准，符合FSA reimburse的
，我到Amazon上买，网上提交个Claim就好了。不过比较费时间。价格差不多就直接在
drugstore 刷卡比较方便。碰到他家20%off时候更爽。
一个小tip，在Amazon（或其他任何网站可以提供receipt的）上，如果新妈们今年买过

上一瓶国内带来的爽肤水用完后就一直找不到合适的爽肤水
这边好多toner/astringent都是alcohol-contained
我已经买了两次上面没写alcohol-free 结果回来一用都是含酒精的
因为我的皮肤对酒精过敏一用整个脸马上红了 最近几天没出去买就先将就着用，每天抹
上去的时候脸就变得红通通的 然后在慢慢变好
不知道这样要不要紧啊，jms都用的什么牌子的爽肤水呢
麻烦推荐下些alcohol-free的，谢谢了 |

1.把sisley的grapefruit toning lotion倒在cotton pad上敷豆。 这个lotion可以当做
轻微的astringent用，我自己感觉比倩碧2号水温和效果更好。我这瓶刚刚用完，鉴于价格不会再
买了，我会去试试mario家的黄瓜水。
2.豆上涂满厚厚一层绿泥，五分钟后洗掉。会把某些死火山的白头拔出来。
3.有个东西叫drying lotion,分上下两层，下面是粉色residual上面是透明的液体。晚
上睡觉前把lotion点在豆豆上，如果是死火山可能需要用3-4个晚上，如果是已经把白头挤出
来的豆豆，用一天就可以消肿外加close the pore。 Mario 和 bye bye blemish 都有卖这
个东西。我有bye bye blemish，他家的这两层液体比例做的不是太好，上面的透明液体快用完了
下面的residual还剩一堆。我要是你会试mario badescu.

之后痘痘突然大爆发，主要是长在两边脸颊，特别像护肤品过敏，下颔反倒不长了，除
了T区和额头是干净的……请教版上的护肤品成分分析达人，看看我的皮肤究竟是对什
么成分敏感，感谢万分！
6月中旬之前的routin：
1. cleanser: Dr.murad 的clarifying cleanser + 版上山泉MM做的羊奶皂
2. toner: Neutrogena 的 clear pore Oil-Controlling Astringent(个人很推荐这个
产品，这款对即将爆发的痘痘有抑制作用，能清除油脂粒，已经用了2瓶了，每瓶5美元
左右)
3.Serum, Moisturizer:白天是EL的clear difference,有时觉得干就用倩碧黄油，如果
是整天在家，有时候直接用羊奶皂洗完不用任何东西，晚上是ANR+神油
6月中旬之后，
1.cleanser用的是师姐推荐的shiseido pureness，我觉得太干了，于是羊奶皂也慢慢
停了，后来换了Fresh 的 soy face cleanser... 阅读全帖 |

痘经历.写下来,和有同样烦恼的ＪＭＳ分享一下.
首先,我是很油的皮,同时很缺水
１, 清洁
长痘痘,基于两个条件:毛孔被油脂堵塞(黑头和白头) 和 自身对细菌的反应(发炎)
以前不得要领,一味的洗. 可是黑头一样不停的长.只要毛孔被堵,过不了多久多数发炎
.少数的黑头可以一直不发炎的保留.
Pong's Cold Cream
这是我用过最有效的清洁.原理是相似相溶.我一般是每周用两次.先均匀涂抹在脸上.等
２分钟,这时,ｃｏｌｄ ｃｒｅａｍ已经融化.以打圈方式开始按摩脸部.一般揉５分钟
,就感觉到手上有一粒一粒的东西.第一次用的时候,掉下来的脂肪粒,把自己吓了一跳.
可惜,这个是两年前才开始领悟到的.毕竟水和ｃｌｅａｎｓｅｒ只能把表皮以外的油脂
洗掉.而我们真的要清除的是埋在毛孔里的脂肪粒.
虽然cold cream说是不用洗.我还是会再用PHILOSOPHY的purity或者Ｋｉｅｈｌｓ的
ultra Facial Cleanser

发帖数: 144 | 44 新人一枚，护肤不算勤快，来美之前二十几年长过的痘痘扳着指头都能数出来，冬天随便擦点妈妈的霜，夏天只拍爽肤水，皮肤好的不得了，宿舍里没人不羡慕的。
言归正传，来美国是悲剧的开始，额头上的闭口自从爆发就再没有消停过，护理得好的话只是闭口，护理不好的话就演变成硕大的千年老痘，跟我妈视频时候着实把她老人家吓一跳。
本人25-，冬季混合偏干，夏季混合偏油。不会化妆，用的不杂，不爱跟风，如果心中有棵小草的话会深度地考古一下。穷学生一枚，没有用过任何贵妇产品，其实也没多少心得，最大的希望是请各位看官达人指正护肤不当的地方。
1. 洁面
我虽然是混合皮，但是还是倾向用比较温和的产品，不喜欢洗盘子的感觉。而且我发现其实温和的产品多揉一下再用水冲掉，还是洗得非常干净的，而且不会紧绷。

这个是完全无泡的，但是居然洗得非常干净，用量大概跟哲学家purity差不多，所以有deal的时候还是不错的。
