先澄清一个概念，讨论DACA不是讨论非法移民大赦。
有川粉一看川普讨论DACA，就以为川普违背诺言要给移民大赦，放心吧，除非川普得了
老年痴呆。
先分解一下几种情况，看看主党为什么总是输。
1. 主党不合作，条件谈不拢
结果就是DACA受益人把怒火转向民主党，前些天围攻流泪叔就已经漏出端倪，而且老川
在昨天讲话中说只要你们谈好了（主党和和党）我就签字，把自己撇的一干二净，表现
出比所有人都同情DACA，不能说他不同情，但这么夸张，呵呵了。
2. 主党合作，形成了一个bill
老川不但收获了修墙，结束链式移民，抽签移民，还收获了好名声，这80万人投民主党
的百分率会极速下降，记住一个事实，即使是墨西哥移民，合法的会投票反对非法的，
这是人性，和肤色无关，只是现在非法的太多了把合法的声音掩盖住罢了。
我的预测是主党不会和川政府达成任何协议，现在都是做样子给民众看，反正都是输，
随着惯性走吧（反川）。

纽约。一位中国妇女走进唐人街一家律师事务所，求见她的律师。她申请了政治庇护，
声称为了遵从中国计划生育政策，曾被强制堕胎。她对眼下要跟移民官员见面感到焦虑
。
她不得不担心，因为她申请庇护的理由是由律师助手捏造的，并不真实。
不过她的律师王文雄（John Wang）则要她不必紧张。他说，见面的程序很简单，
只要她记住一些细节问题，一切都会不在话下。“你这是自寻烦恼，”王文雄用中文说
道，“（移民官）问你的话，都是些同样的垃圾问题。”
“随便编一下就对付过去了。”这位律师又道。
这番谈话，发生在2010年10月，被正在大规模调查纽约华人中所存在的移民欺诈
问题的联邦官员暗中录了下来。调查导致至少30人被起诉——有律师（包括王文雄）、
律师助手、翻译，甚至还有一位教会的雇员。该位教会雇员还在受审中，她被指控辅导
庇护资格申请者了解基督教的基本教义，用作支撑他们受到宗教迫害的理由。这些人全
被指控帮助数百名中国移民利用虚假受迫害故事来申请庇护资格。
